  1. That is a function of your hosting. You would need to speak to your hosting company if you dont wish to get notification of undeliverable emails
  2. Glad to hear it 🙂
  3. We would not likely prevent support as long as you are using one that is a drop in replacement for a high enough MySQL version in any case. I have not seen an instance where we have not provided support because of a MariaDB instance, unless its specifically behind those MySQL equivalents. I actually use it myself on most of my own instances
  4. These are part of the "post before register" feature. That email is sent out when a user has posted, but not subsequently entered valid registration details. The only way in which you would be able to stop those completely, would be to switch of post before register. You can see more about this here
  5. We have a lot of users who do use MariaDB. From an official standpoint, I can only state we support MySQL 5.6 or above. As I mentioned though, many do use MariaDB as a drop in alternative to MySQL
  6. Slow query logs are something your hosting company would switch on with your mysql instance to log any queries which are running slowly. It can help to find performance issues on your site
  7. Ive just been clicking around your site, and it actually appears to be pretty quick. Are you seeing anything showing on slow query logs?
  8. An invoice has now been generated just for that item for you
  9. We can do this for you. If you can let us know which licence (abbreviate if needed), I can generate one for you. There is no way in which to do this automatically
  10. A patch has now been released for this issue. Please go to support in your admin CP and apply the optional patch there.
  11. Oh you dont want to be doing that. 😄
  12. I was able to replicate this on my end also when using firefox, and have now put in a bug report for this, so that we can get it resolved in future releases
  13. Could I check first of all you are using the latest release of firefox?
  14. If you take a look at the one I have just added, I am using your images there. It seems the issue is actually on your end unfortunately. Check things like virus checkers or any plugins you may be using on the browser, but something there is interrupting the upload process there
  15. It looks like it may actually be an issue with the files you are uploading there. I have just added a record with no issue at all on my end. Could you zip one of the files you are testing and upload it here so I can take a look?
  16. Please could you ensure the account I have just created on your site just now has access to the front end pages application. We can then take a look to see what is going on for you
  17. Please go to Support in your ACP first of all. At present you have tables which are not INNODB, which can lead to timeouts. Wondering if this may well be what is causing it to be out at some point and not at others.
  18. Please could you update your access details on file? The current ones appear to be incorrect
  19. Please set it again, and let us know if you see it come up again. I know there was a small change made to prevent this from happening on a small number of sites.
  20. There is no way in which to mass change peoples notification options. The option you change in the ACP is changing what the default is for new users, rather than changing those who already have them set up. Could I please confirm you now have this sorted?
  21. No problem. Please let us know how you go on
  22. These blocks are cached, which is likely why you are seeing that. Are you referring to on here?
  23. You would access this within your Admin CP, and then visit System->Site Features->Menu Manager Please see the following guide, which may assist you further there https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/getting-started/setting-up-your-menu-r27/
  24. Glad to see we managed to get this sorted out for you, and a new SSL applied.
  25. We are assuming here that this was one of the 3rd party items mentioned by my colleague that was causing this problem. I will mark this solved for this reason, as we havent had a respond from yourself since last Monday. If of course you still have the issue, please let us know.
