  5. There are issues with communicating with the license server on your server unfortunately. You need to ensure it can communicate with remoteservices.invisionpower.com in order for it to work correctly. If you are unsure how to do this, you would need to contact your hosting company to assist

  13. This is generally being caused by 3rd party items calling a function that no longer exists. So if you have any birthday related plugins, you could disable those in the meantime

  15. There is no way in which to charge for an event at present. You could simply link a commerce item I guess, but there is no direct integration between the 2 for this. Please do feel free to post this as a suggestion if you would like to see this functionality appear in the future.
  16. It looks like that was actually just an issue with the item that was created. Fixed that 🙂 If I understand you correctly, can you got do this by creating multiple calendars? You can then apply permissions as you need to those calendars
  17. You would simply upload all files and folders from the package, overwriting those which already exist. Some folders/files will be created so may not appear in the downloaded package. You need to download again if you ar enot seeing /admin/ in your download, as that should indeed be present
  18. Using an old version would not be an issue. The issue is your server blocking connections again by the look of it, unfortunately.
  19. The above is indeed the issue. You need to ensure you are on a version the 3rd party items support. At present you appear not to be unfortunately
  20. The upgrader doesnt change the login method to email only. Im a little confused as to why you cant reset, nor use your email to log in
  21. Urgent issues would indeed be looked at as soon as possible. Are you around at the moment to do this?
  22. Members->Member Settings->Profiles->Profile Settings There is a section there called "Conversations" which is what you are looking for
  23. You should really whitelist the domain, and not the IP, for the above reason
