  2. You are unable to upload PHP files as you are a cloud customer, and this is not traditional hosting. What is it you are trying to achieve?

  5. It depends on where he hit the error and what it was struggling to get the password for, to be honest. The underlying error that would be logged would indeed state the password or username to be incorrect though. Usually logged in /uploads/logs

  8. You would need to restore that table from a backup if its not present. I would check to make sure that table hasnt crashed first of all. If all else fails, as mentioned above, you would need to contact your hosting company
  9. when you visit that location yourself, are you getting the error? Have you tested this with no 3rd party items enabled?
  10. I have created a bug report for this. Please note, these can at times be specific settings, even if the bug is ours. Providing access can be a very quick way of ascertaining what is causing the issue and getting it reported.

  17. Yes, you have redirect items there which are not default. Please replace that with a default unaltered htaccess downloaded from your admin CP (System>Search Engine Optimisation) then check again
  18. Do you have anything in your htaccess file other than what we provide as default?

  21. Those are part of our default system. When upgraded from the old system, you will have been asked if you wish to keep your own ranks. If you chose yes, these wouldnt have been imported. Should you wish to import the default sets of ranks, rules, and badges, the import files for them can be found in the following location in a fresh download \applications\core\data\achievements
  22. That will indeed cause the site to fail entirely. Please get that sorted first. If you then still have issues, please check the server error logs to see what else is being logged
