  1. There is no news I am able to give on this front at present. So at present you would simply continue to use the current supported releases
  2. I realised I didnt answer the question as to why there. It is worth pointing out, while I understand it may not make sense to yourself, it is indeed how much of the web works in relation to notifications. For example if you go to facebook and click a notification, it takes you there in the same tab. Same with twitter, linked in, monday.com and many other services I can think of. So it's likely (I am not one of the designers so can't say for certain) this is simply following that standard pattern. This is not to say you are wrong of course. I completely get your reasoning.

  7. As mentioned, it may well be all on that browser. The fact its actively adding extra lines into the editor however is a browser issue, rather than one with the software, unfortunately

  10. Im not sure where you have downloaded from there, but those are not plugins. Those are the whole of CKEditor, along with plugins
  11. I suspect what you have done is tried to add plugins to a custom ckeditor download package. You would need to download plugins one at a time and add them
  12. You would not have to set the domain through the client area. Its already set up on your account. The nameservers you are looking for are these. Just set those back up, and you should be good to go. If the subdomain was an attempt to resolve, please disregard that response from me on your other ticket.   14. It could well be, yes. I would disable that first of all, and then check again. Also check your server error logs, as it will likely tell you why its being blocked. Mod Security is the most likely cause I would think.
  15. It would be worth asking why you want to do it this way? If you are doing the manual upgrade path as you have to do anyway, it would make more sense simply to switch to PHP 8, manually upload files, and upgrade straight to the latest release

  17. It should work, as far as its an OAuth provider and will allow you to login. As pointed out above however, there is nothing relating to usergroup setup built in our end, so the answer is, it depends on what you are looking for. If it's for groups, then no. I do know there are items in the marketplace such as wordpress SSO which will achieve such things.

  19. I see the issue there with your test one. I will get a ticket created for this for you. The main items you are using however, it does seem to be your link. You arent actually linking to the same item (looks like it used to be named membership) and that is, for some reason, breaking the adding to cart

  21. This is only happening through your custom links that you have added yourself to products. When visiting products from their standard links, this is working without issue
  22. There seems to be some confusion here. The above I had thought you meant was happening on multiple instances. This is why it was tested on my own instance here. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.   24. Sorry to hear you feel this is the case. I have recorded a video for you here to show you exactly what I see. It is certainly not the case that we dont look into issues, as you mention above.   25. Please ensure you are using the latest release of the platform, disable all 3rd party applications, and ensure you are accessing the store in the standard manner, then test again. I am unable to replicate what you are showing in your video there unfortunately.
