  1. Some of the detail which is largely irrelevant to yourself as the admin would be removed, yes.
  2. I see your site is online currently. Have you resolved the issue or reverted to 7.4?
  3. If chosing "content item only" it will show each item only once, but it will be the latest response you see. Is that what you are seeing?
  4. Glad to hear you found the issue. Please ensure you report this to the author of the theme
  5. At present you have issues with your SSL certificate having expired, which you need to get resolved in the first instance. When you have done this, check again with all 3rd party items disabled. Is it working when they are?
  6. Im a little confused by what you believe to be broken there. Its set what you asked it to set. I appreciate you may not have meant to set it, but its not done anything incorrectly or broken anything there. If you would like the ability to change a date, please post this up as a suggestion for future releases
  7. As you have set the published date for then, it has correctly done this. There would be no way in which to move it back within the system
  8. I have created a new ticket for you on this, so we can go through with what you need
  9. This has been brought up with developers internally to take a look at also
  10. Check your tables are using INNODB and not MyISAM
  11. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  12. Ah got it. Seems only to be when viewing a file itself rather than downloads as a whole. Will get that reported now, thank you
  13. LMAO, love the title. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  14. Im not able to replicate this on my own stock instance here. If you disable the 'almost' parts, does that correct the issue?
  15. This has been taken a look at by our developers, and confirmed as working as intended. These are 2 different items there. One is the hiding of topics and the other hiding of individual posts.
  16. Glad to see you found what was causing you issues there
  17. There is actually a "Known issue" tag 😉
  18. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  19. No problem at all. Glad to see things are now sorted for you
  20. We can only really advise on reverting all of them. I would suggest once you get to the point you have done that, make note of items you have manually added somewhere. It just means if you are in a position you do have to revert at any point, at least you have something to go back to. I've done similar myself in the past
  21. Any time we can do nothing to fix the situation and have the situation resolve itself with no intervention in the future, please let us know
  22. You may have answered your own question there. Its not always having problems, as you can see by the fact its corrected itself
  23. Glad to hear you got that sorted 🙂
