  1. Your account on our site and your account on your own site are 2 separate things. If you are unsure on your password you would use the password reset form. Click to log in on the form to reset your password. The location of this directly is https://forum.whale.naver.com/lostpassword for the internal login system. You wouldnt have been able to see this due to the custom login you have for your site
  2. This would not be present on the package you have purchased there. When you are on the free trial, you will have all features. However once you purchase you would gain only the features for the current package you are on. These are not available on the beginner package. Full page builder access is available only on the creator pro and upward
  3. If you had the application installed, you would include that, yes
  4. We would need access as a whole so we can investigate. At this point we are unsure what to suggest, but often once we get in there the issue either becomes obvious (we can tell you what it was) or becomes an obvious issue (needs escalataion). Please ensure all access details are up to date, uncluding ACP and FTP in case of escalation

  9. The preview that is shown is not something over which we have control. Its youtube that controls what is shown there, and for some reason does show them differently on mobile at times. With regard the layout overlaying, please check this on a default unaltered theme first of all. If you are then still seeing the same issue, please let us know and we can take a closer look for you.
  10. Im in the UK personally, so if you run at that time, it will be around midday here. I will be around. Just to note, I just noticed you asked if I was around in PM. Always ask in the ticket as there will have been other people around when you mentioned you wanted to get it going there.
  11. Your test site is set one time and only reset when you reset your main URL. All testing must then be done on that test location URL. If you need to change that test URL before that point, please let us know. Many will tend to use a subdomain which they can then point at any location they need for testing.

  15. Please disable all 3rd party applications and plugins first of all, and test on an unaltered theme. Are you then still seeing the same problem?
  16. This issue was patched. If you go to the support area of your admin CP you will see optional patches available to apply there

  19. There is no automatic renewal on the marketplace at present
