    Your account on our site and your account on your own site are 2 separate things. If you are unsure on your password you would use the password reset form. Click to log in on the form to reset your password. The location of this directly is https://forum.whale.naver.com/lostpassword for the internal login system. You wouldnt have been able to see this due to the custom login you have for your site

    This would not be present on the package you have purchased there. When you are on the free trial, you will have all features. However once you purchase you would gain only the features for the current package you are on. These are not available on the beginner package. Full page builder access is available only on the creator pro and upward

    As with the other topic, please check this on a default unaltered theme. It looks like you are having issues with your own theme there

    The preview that is shown is not something over which we have control. Its youtube that controls what is shown there, and for some reason does show them differently on mobile at times. With regard the layout overlaying, please check this on a default unaltered theme first of all. If you are then still seeing the same issue, please let us know and we can take a closer look for you.

    Test Site

    Your test site is set one time and only reset when you reset your main URL. All testing must then be done on that test location URL. If you need to change that test URL before that point, please let us know. Many will tend to use a subdomain which they can then point at any location they need for testing.

    Its https. You should be able to tracert to that domain from your server

    Please disable all 3rd party applications and plugins first of all, and test on an unaltered theme. Are you then still seeing the same problem?

    This issue was patched. If you go to the support area of your admin CP you will see optional patches available to apply there
