  1. Do you have 2 you can compare in order to confirm this?
  2. Narrator - "It was at this point, Nathan opened his IDE"
  3. Ther isn't any way in which you would be able to order those at present, unfortunately.
  4. You say "in firefox" there. Is it working in any other browser? If so, have you disabled all plugins on that browser?
  5. Im not seeing your images there. Are you referring to something you have built or our standard logins?
  6. You dont appear to have answered the second question there. I understand what you are saying, but there must be something in common between setups there, as this is only happening on your own setups, and not everyone elses
  7. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  8. Please could you give me the exact start date being used? I am not able to replicate the issue here
  9. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  10. Have you tested on a default unaltered theme? I know you said you dont believe there to be code in that area, but many things could affect that such as CSS outside of that area. Please check this first of all
  11. This being the case, you need to have your 3rd party SSO integration disabled, as its very likely this is blocking that function
  12. You would really need to speak to the author of the telegram side of things there, as its telegram stuff you seem not to be able to find. Im assuming this is zapier you are referring to? You dont seem to have mentioned
  13. What you could do of course is just change the name of the administrators group to root admin, then create another admin group for others
  14. You mention this is happening on all your sites, which I assume to be on the same server? Do you have any form of caching running there?
  15. What server environment are you using there?
  16. Did you enable anything after you removed the constant, and before it started breaking again? Have you checked your server error file as mentioned above?
  17. This is what Im trying to determine here. Could you also let me know if this is happening for everyone? Im actually having problems with even connecting to your site at present as Im just getting timeout from your server
  18. Unfortunately these are likely to have been from a server move or conversion. Which means there will be nothing you are able to do about them besides manual editing.
  19. If you go to the support area of your admin CP, are you seeing any warnings about the server time being incorrect? If so, its likely this that is causing your issues
  20. Please try recovery mode, which you can see how to use here. If this doesnt help, we need to know what error is being logged, as you are getting an internal server error on login to the admin CP https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/client-services/getting-support-r292/#recoverymode
  21. That is indeed the case, yes. Please let us know if you have any issues once you have upgraded
  22. It uses tags, unless you are using elasticsearch. So if you aren't using the latter, this will indeed be the issue.
  23. You would need to both set it as https as shown in the guide, and have an SSL certificate installed on your domain by your hosting company
