  2. I feel you may be misunderstanding my colleague there. Debug logging is not what you want to achieve what you are looking to achieve. If you cannot get to the ACP the first thing you want to do is to set recovery mode, as shown here https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/client-services/getting-support-r292/#recoverymode You may also see errors in /uploads/logs on your file system

  9. If you are getting a white screen, you need to check your server error logs to see what error is being registered first of all.

Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.   14. Im not sure I understand what you mean here. Secondary items and dropdowns are 2 different things. One is the type of link and the other is where its placed on our menu. Its not clear where you are having an issue
  15. Sorry to hear you were having issues on the update with your moderator CP. I am not seeing that on my end, but will do some testing to see if I can replicate. With the upgrade part of things, if you change a PHP version, you would need to check to ensure you have the minimum requirements for the software after doing this. It would eventually be picked up in the admin CP, and would at times even break the software. However these are already minimum requirements even before the upgrade

  18. That would indicate its not actually able to connect to the database on the details you are providing
  19. We didnt provide PHP 8 support until further on in the software, and more 3rd partys are just updating now. So the latest version is what you would need
  20. Have you ensured that the task.php file is executable?
