  5. I dont seem to be seeing any issues with that any longer. I would say however that your site is running quite slow due to the number of 3rd party items you have running, and also issues with outgoing connections from your server to some locations (including our license server). You would need to address those

  8. You would simply drag it under the first menu to put it in the sub menu. Is this what you mean?
  9. There is not an option for this. It would be something that is custom to that specific site, or they are on an older release as thats where it used to be
  10. Please could you log some of the times its happening and users who are seeing it? We can then see if we can get some correlation on what is going on.
  11. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.

  14. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. Lets see if we can get more information we can get passed on here. Trying to move to a new install i really not the right way to go here, and is likely to lead to more issues
  15. Please go to support in the to right of your admin CP and select clear cache. Refresh the page and see if you then have the same issue
  16. They can contact using a ticket but would have to be added by you as an alternative contact

  18. Have you been getting these since you have updated? If so, please could you provide an example I can look at?
  19. Indeed that would be a live site, not a test site, as its actively being used by someone other than yourself for testing.
  20. That would be your own choice of course. This isnt really about what you do support, but rather what we dont and never have supported. Unfortunately, this is the nature of adding 3rd party items. We have had many instances of this in the past. Items that are no longer supported, people who have left the community, and even people who have died in the past. However as mentioned above, we have never supported nor written those items. While I sympathise with the issue there, this has always been the case.
  21. It doesnt, however as mentioned in your ticket, that one is a bug that will be resolved in a future release
  22. If you have a redirect from the old location to the new location, you would need to temporarily remove that redirect while you reset
