  1. There is no functionality for this at the present time, unfortunately, as these are intended for users to use, rather than admin
  2. It can be the case that some will abandon their developments unfortunately. The only real way around this is to have something developed specifically for yourself that you own and can have updated by anyone, should you wish to do so
  3. When I move to a club, its also not showing in my unread content any longer.
  4. Please could you let me know the type of video, along with which operating system and browser you are running?
  5. I have hidden the edit there, as you really shouldnt be doing that. The author should be giving you a new plugin file to update
  6. Before we go any further on that, could I ask if you have any custom furls? If so, please revert those and try again. Same with any other 3rd party items, but check furls first
  7. Thank you for that detail. As its got hashes in there, I have hidden the post, but we can still see it dont worry
  8. Ah, let me take a look, as I actually did this the other way around, which may be what makes the difference
  9. You can indeed. You would be editing the language string club_closed_request_declined
  10. I am not able to replicate any error when downloading an item, where change log is switched off. Please could you provide more step by step information?
  11. There is no where you can write a specific message to a user. The user is however sent a notification to state it was rejected
  12. You would edit the menu in order to do this. There would be no other way to change the location. That downloads item on the menu currently will always lead to the main downloads page
  13. Was this done on the latest release? And also, were you moving individually or from the listing? I cannot replicate this, and it should indeed keep the read markers
  14. There is nothing that would remove buttons during the upgrade process. If thats happens on your instance, there was something went wrong there. Is this happening every update?
  15. It sounds like you are trying to use the auto upgrader here. Thats not going to work, as you need PHP 8 for the latest release, and you are far enough behind not to be able to use it on your current version. You need to upload a fresh set of files from your client area (after switching to PHP 8 and ensuring all requirements are present), and run the upgrader from /admin/upgrade If you believe thats what you have already done, I need you to leave that in place so we can take a look.
  16. ^ I would check the above, if it's the same user who is doing this every time
  17. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  18. There isnt one in which we have created unfortunately. If you take a look at the guides, you can generally go through how to use the pages application with databases. This would give you an understanding so you can then go ahead to create one yourself
  19. Please check you are on the language pack you actually set the names on. It looks like you have no language string set on the language you are using in the admin CP
  20. With the event, you would edit the event and simply post a link in the description. There is no direct link to products in any other way. With the menu item, it sounds like the link is incorrect. You would need to check this on your menu manager. You can see how to use the menu manager here https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/global-settings/setting-up-your-menu-r27/
  21. Of course, if you have more streams it would take up more space. However, it would not take up that kind of space, and given it reduced when you optimised, that would indeed be garbage collection on your mysql instance that isn't happening properly.
  22. As mentioned above, switch off link tracking if you are using sendgrid. If not, we would need the actual link, so we can take a look
  23. I have created a ticket for you on this, so we can take a closer look.
