  1. As mentioned above by Malwarebytes, from a security standpoint, no. However some prefer to exclude these for both the reasons mentioned

  13. Check this again now please, Brad. You may need to clear your browser cache if you are not seeing the changes
  14. You can find this by logging onto your client area, then selecting your license. The live and test URLs will both be shown in this area
  15. Just taken a look at this for you, and you are missing a required domain entry there. I've created a ticket on this and sent you over more details so you can implement this. We can then get your SSL renewed
  16. Have you also updated PHP? If so, ensure you are executing the task under the correct PHP version
  17. Im not sure you are understanding what I mean there unfortunately. You need to check the mysql details you changed in your conf_global.php file are correct. Check in uploads/logs (on your server) for the actual errors, not in your admin CP, as you will indeed be unable to access that
  18. Check your server error logs in the first instance, as that will tell you exactly what the internal server error is
  19. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  20. The issue is it cannot write to your datastore folder at that location.

  22. Its not writable because of permission issues. Unfortunately only your hosting company can resolve that

  24. To clarify, there is nothing in the default platform that will allow you to add them as a setting. These are custom coded items on our site.
