  1. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  2. Please try clearing cache by visiting Support in the top right of your admin CP, then selecting clear cache. If you are then still experiencing the same issue let us know
  3. If you are on a completely unmodified theme with no other plugins/apps running, then it can only be what is within the analytics code that was entered
  4. You could potentially check if they have any plugins or anything on their browser that could be doing it, but really, its just copy/paste. Thats a function of the platform rather than your site
  5. Go to System>Settings>Web App>Manifest, and try saving that. Also try going to System>Support, and selecting to clear cache
  6. Glad to hear you got the issue resolved 🙂
  7. As mentioned by Randy above. The software will communicate on whatever protocol you are using (http, or https), so 80 or 443 . There isnt really anything else we are able to tell you in terms of your own environment setup and what you need to set. That would be for your hosting company (be that yourself or otherwise)
  8. These look to be custom items rather than items that are built into the platform. I would advise on speaking to the theme author first of all
  9. Glad to hear you have it resolved. It would be worth investigating to see if you can see at what point the column went missing and what was happening around that point in time
  10. There are many popups on the software. Its not clear what you are asking here unfortunately. We do not provide support for customisation, but I can move your topic to the correct area if we know exactly what you are trying to do
  11. Before you go any further here, check the database for this column Look at the table core_applications and check for app_directory
  12. You have upgraded to community classic, which means you will have access to version 5 once it is released. However its not yet released 🙂 It would be worth following ou blogs which you can see here https://invisioncommunity.com/news/
  13. Issues on the status update widget are a known issue there is an open bug for at present. Its worth noting however, these are a deprecated item and will no longer be available in version 5
  14. It looks like you want a fluid view of topics there. Go to System>Forum>Settings and you can change the view from there to show the fluid view by default.
  15. To answer a few points there, the reality is the market share of self hosting versus our cloud products is small, to the point something had to be done in order to make it a viable proposition. I know you say there "but since the market for self-hosting has shrunk down in the eyes of the company", but this is not something that is just in our eyes. Its more a mathematical fact. The self-hosted product is a small percentage of our customers. That percentage has been shrinking year on year, and our cloud product has been increasing significantly year on year. So in answer to this, we had 2 options really. One of those was to remove self-hosted completely, and the other was to make the product sustainable from a company perspective. We have chosen the latter to ensure the product is viable for us to provide to our customers. We understand that our classic self-hosted solution may be too expensive for some, and that's really ok. As you mentioned, there are other solutions out there that people can use that are at a lower price point. If what you see as the competing products are not an option because they aren't as good and don't do what you need, there is probably good reason why they are cheaper in price. Of course, we do indeed offer an alternative to people, and thats cloud 🙂
  16. Not really sure what to suggest here, as if its only happening for that user, it has to be something that they are doing. I copy/paste from the address bar on a regular basis
  17. I think you misunderstood the question there. What I mean is was an upgrade attempt what you was doing when you started to encounter this? Has anything else been happening prior to this?
  18. Have you try running an update on your system during this process?
  19. Glad to hear you found the issue 🙂
  20. Checking your server error logs would be your best bet. I suspect its very highly likely something is actually blocking them because of the content, so if you have things running like mod_sec, securi or similar, I would check the logs of those too.
  21. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  22. Once statuses are removed, they will simply disappear entirely. Its not something we intend on converting to any other section
  23. I have created a ticket on this one for you, and we will be in touch as soon as possible
