  1. Ah, is this people who are not logged in? If so, it will be guest cache
  2. I would need an example. Of there are no permission to post anywhere by guests, they would not be able to do so. If you can point out where you are seeing this, I can see if we can track down where for you
  3. It could only really be device cache, as you arent seeing the same happening anywhere else. Can replicate it at present. By this, I mean if you posted something now, do you know it will happen every time? If so, please can you do this and give me a link? I can then check on my iphone here
  4. This is not something we are likely to do. If something was breaking the site, then that really is unintentional and should be resolved
  5. I have moved the last responses. I cannot change the author of the original topic, unfortunately. If you wish to start a new topic, I can certainly lock this one if thats more beneficial. I have also removed the posts debating where to talk about stuff. Please keep it civil
  6. Glad you managed to get the issue resolved in any case
  7. What is it you have asked? I cant see any open tickets at present
  8. Just spoken to my colleague, and it seems this may well be the case. I have created a ticket for you
  9. I have created a ticket on this for you, so we can take a closer look
  10. This is correct, and was actually a bug that was fixed. The fact this could be done previously was actually unintentional. The idea of this feature is that you can set things to publish in a few days time (for example)
  11. The user appears to have both an active and an inactive subscription there, which is why you can only see one active subscription they are using, but they have 2 entries there. If you want to see a list of your subscribers, you would be best to select the "Active" tab at the top
  12. There should be a revert button in the top right, if its one of our defaults
  13. Also check permissions to ensure you arent actually allowing guest posting
  14. Glad to hear it. Thank you for the confirmation
  15. There is no way in which to do this at the present time, unfortunately. Note that this is a deprecation notice only at present. It will be quite some time before its actually removed
  16. You are missing tables there, unfortunately. By the look of it, from commerce. You would need to recover this table from your most recent backup
  17. You would need to detail the suggestion fully in the following area https://invisioncommunity.com/forums/forum/499-feedback/
  18. The above is correct. The first think you need to do there, in answer to the issue itself, is to upgrade to the latest release of the platform.
  19. It is indeed possible that some language strings will not have values, Yes.
  20. As mentioned, thats not something currently possible within the same subscription
  21. Disable all 3rd party items first of all, and then test this again
