  1. You would also need to check that mentioned above
  2. Please bear with us on any updates. Of course, we would need to write them first of all
  3. Please could you clarify the question there, as you dont seem to have asked any from what I can see.
  4. Do you have any 3rd party payment methods you are using there?
  5. Please feel free to post that up as a suggestion in our feedback area if you would like to see this appear at some point in the future
  6. Are you getting this when all 3rd party items are disabled also?
  7. Indeed we would need more information on this. The item and the feed please
  8. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  9. You would need to check this with this author of your theme, in order to get this corrected for you.
  10. Go into the module on the front end, click "Moderator Actions>Edit Module" and you will see a lesson order tab there

  18. Not sure this has ever been any different on that page to be honest
  19. I have created a ticket on this for you, so we can take a closer look
  20. As mentioned by my colleague just after that point, it seems it may well be a bug
  21. There is no way in which to change this action, no
  22. You cannot update this directly in the database. You need to perform a password reset. You would do this on the front end in the same way as any other user. So visiting the login form and selecting that you have forgotten your password. You will then be able to reset it.
  23. This is a hosting thing, rather than a software thing. You mentioned you have restored from a backup, but it seems you have not fully restored
  24. I would certainly agree here. If you are unsure on how to find where your site is even installed, cloud may well be a better option for you. That way you never have to think about these things.
  25. Ive created a ticket on this for you, so we can take a closer look
