  1. -200 is an error returned from plupload on upload to the server, and is a server side error. You would need to check your server error logs to see what the actual error is there
  2. While I understand, thats something you would need to resolve with your email host
  3. Looking in the providers directory would be the best place to start https://invisioncommunity.com/third-party/providers-directory/
  4. The only way in which to do that would be to develop a custom application for this purpose

This is something you would need to have coded int a custom theme. It's not something you can do within the software itself.
  6. Glad to hear you managed to get the issue resolved
  7. It appears to be a facebook issue unfortunately. https://developers.facebook.com/community/threads/791595499632799/
  8. Looking at that indeed it seems you're not the only one unfortunately.
  9. This is then something you would need to take up with sparkpost
  10. This is actually the second report I have seen of this today, so Im suspecting it may actually be facebook. Do you have an example?
  11. I have added a bug report for this. The issue is simply "could not be sent". Your email host is rejecting this. It looks to be this " 220-We do not authorize the use of this system to transport unsolicited, 220 and/or bulk e-mail."
  12. Sorry to hear you host wont assist you there. But if the software is unable to connect to facebook, we have no control in any way to resolve that issue. Cloudflare indeed may well be what is blocking you, of course
  13. That is intentional behaviour at present. 5 has had a lot of work in terms of theming, so this may well change of course
  14. This is not something we are able to announce at present. We will of course have information soon ™ I have taken a look at what you linked there, but its not clear what framework changes you are referring to. There is however a large amount of framework change generally, if thats the question you are asking?

There are no other steps on our end. You would need to pursue that with the people who are holding your license hostage
  16. Marc replied to Phil A's post in a topic in Technical Problems
If you no longer have an accessible instance of that install, then it would no longer be an issue. You should however be removing the software from that location entirely, or requesting this is done by the person who runs that server, as per your license agreement
  17. I would need a link to the item in question in order to correctly advise on whats happening there.
  18. There would be no way in which to do this without modification to the software unfortunately
  19. Also please check mod_security. The most common cause of this is it being blocked by the server, and mod_security tends to be the biggest culprit

You would need to contact whoever does have access to that. You are allowed only one live and one test instance, and it would be up to yourself to keep your license secure. You should always be able to delete your instance when needed.
  21. Im sure you appreciate depending on where you are and exactly what is entered that could result in different results. If you can provide the specific domains, I can pass those on
  22. There are no known issue at present we are aware of. Is there anything specific you are doing at the time. Are you ensuring you have no 3rd party items running at the time for testing?
  23. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
