  1. Are you referring to the title on the page, or title in the browser there?
  2. The most likely cause of this is the compression being used. Check in System>Files>Image Settings
  3. Sorry, Im a little confused as to what you mean there. Both of those are sorted correctly as the first is correctly sorted as text (as thats the type you are using), and the latter as a number
  4. You should also contact your hosting company for advice on how better to protect files on their network
  5. Im not sure what you mean here. If your server is defining something incorrectly, you would need to speak to the people who manage your server
  6. Glad to hear you have what you need 🙂
  7. I would need an example member to take a look at. If you can provide this, I can certainly take a look to see why they are being caught up by spam filters
  8. Just resave the page permission. It really shouldnt happen though to be honest
  9. Issue with the pages permissions not having saved for some reason. Fixed 🙂
  10. While I havent seen this using grammarly personally, I would indeed ask the users in question to disable any extentions they are using on their browser and test Does indeed sound a good way to go, however Ive been unable to replicate the issue myself in order to debug I have tagged our developers to see if there are any other suggestions we can make on this
  11. Sorry, David. It seems your last message there was missed, so it hadnt been picked back up on. I will take a look at this today for you. In the meantime, please let me know if you have any browser plugins running there
  12. I believe it will actually work with either at present. This is not to say they wont force onto the new one once they remove GA3 however.
  13. There have been answers on your tickets there. I see you are waiting for an answer on of those as a follow up question. It can take a couple of days for some queries to be responded to. Please bear with us.
  14. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  15. If you go to "Pages>Content>Databases" and look at the side of the database name, it will tell you if its already on a page. As (I think) opentype is suggesting there, its likely you already have it attached to a page. If so, it would not allow you to select it, as it can be selected as the database on one page only
  16. I have created a ticket on this for you. If you havent already, please ensure all access details are up to date on file, and someone will be in contact as soon as possible
  17. Please use tracert to that URL as mentioned by my colleague. That will give you a clearer indication of where exactly its stopping
  18. We are not able to share exactly what is coming in future releases as of yet. However, if its currently present on subscriptions it will still be there. The only thing going is physical items. So sizes of items and shipping.
  19. It would be once they go over 400 days not logged in, if that is what you have selected
  20. Please could you clarify here. Are these what has been amended, or the files you replaced them with? Are you checking if the files have actually been changed?
  21. There isn't a way in which to do this within the core platform at present. I have moved your topic.
  22. I would suggest checking your cron logs. If it's a task, it will likely be showing there. Also, ensure you are running the latest release
