  1. We are aware of the speed issues on our site. I appreciate what you are saying there, but that being the case, the same could be said for anything else causing the problem
  2. Please test this on a default unaltered theme first of all, and let us know if you are still seeing any issues
  3. Please check the access details added. Unfortunately those dont appear to be valid on your site
  4. PHP version 8.2 is indeed supported on the next upcoming major release.
  5. There is no built in way in which to do this at present. You would need modification to achieve this. Please feel free to post up within our feedback section if you would like to see changes in this area
  6. Could you please clarify what you mean when you say "It does nothing"?
  7. Ok so if you type "Cron" into the search bar in your admin CP, you will be see the option to switch how your tasks are run. You need to switch to cron, and the cron command you are adding on your server is shown on that page
  8. Sorry, there appears to be some confusion here. You are talking about both moving, and unarchiving. These are not the same thing. If you are looking to unarchive completely, can I confirm you have done the following, as mentioned above? Deselected the archiving to switch it off in your admin CP Once deselected, chosen the option to unarchive all Set up a cron job on your server to manage background tasks
  9. Ah, sorry I see what you are trying to do now. We are unable to provide instructions on how to backup a table and restore to another location. If you are unsure how to backup and restore tables, you would need to contact your hosting company to assist you with this.
  10. Hope you manage to find what is causing the issue. Im also unable to replicate that on this end
  11. If the files are moved, then those files would no longer be located in the places they were indexed. So items such as google image search, if they were direct links to the images, would indeed be affected. Files are removed from local after a successful move by the system, unless you choose to move items manually and select that you have done so. In that scenario it would be up to yourself to remove the old images
  12. I Would advise first of all testing this on a default unaltered theme. There isnt anything that should be causing a redirect of that nature
  13. Creating a test site is the same as making any other site. The only difference is the key you use, as mentioned above
  14. They won’t install unless you actively click to install them in the admin cp
  15. The question there was how to do this without being broken due to leap years 🙂
  16. Glad to hear things are now working for you 🙂
  17. Yes, if you change you will get all applications in your download
  18. You should absolutely set up a cron job for your background tasks if you havent already, as that will certainly make them very very slow if you havent traffic to your site.
  19. Switch off archiving and it will ask if you wish to unarchive. That will be done gradually in the background (you will not actually see a background task in the list, if thats what you are looking for)
  20. If you had to do that, it seems that you may have had it set in your conf_global.php file to true, when in fact it hadnt been converted. If you have any further issues on this, set it to false and you will see the converter show up in the support area of your admin CP, and it will allow you to do the above automatically
  21. Im not sure how much more I can say than I have said above. Facebook appears to be requiring business verification
  22. Sorry to hear that is the case. As mentioned, we are indeed providing support for PHP 8.2 in our next major release of the platform.
