  8. On the first question, it depends on what you set up. You can actually do either. If you just select this then it is any new content item (not replies/comments, but the content item itself) If you wanted to limit it to only one area at any point, you could do, by selecting the "Add a location condition" option, and choosing the content item needed What kinds of things were you thinking of? Correct on both 🙂

  12. I’m just re-reading what you said on pm and your wording is making me wonder, where are you going to renew? Are you going to his client area/purchases? Or when you say the below are you looking for renew in the store item? ”Log in as ***. Go to store, to membership product. You can view expired purchase but can't purchase/renew.”
  13. Something is out here. Please could you let me know the next time you have one? From what I can see, he should still have been able to renew. The user cancelled their paypal, then explicitly cancelled in their client area, which removed the renewal terms.
  14. Are you using our standard robots.txt. If so, are there specific things you want to unblock? Just because something is blocked, it doesn't necessarily mean that is a bad thing, so its worth being careful what you edit Just taken a look since you are on cloud. You appear to be using our optimised one. If you want to use your own instead, you can certainly do so if you are fully aware what you are doing System>Site Promotion>Search engine optimisation>Crawl Management Before deciding to do that, its very very likely what is being blocked, is for good reason. I would advise on having a read through this first

  17. Well, kind of. It could be edited by anyone, and that person may not be anonymous. So its not quite as simple as just marking it anonymous. Thats not to say that cannot be thought about. As said, I have brought it up as a bug report 🙂

  19. Yes, what you are seeing there is indeed correct. When someone cancels, the renew terms are removed. It therefore will no longer allow renewal of that product, and the only way to change it at that point would be for admin to reinstate renews. So what you would do is click edit on the purchase, and add renewal details in there. Once you have done this, the customer can renew again

  22. What you are showing there is an 8 minute delay, not a 4 hour one. Its showing the one from 4 hours ago. What its not showing is yours from 8 minutes ago
