  1. OK, so you need to check your server error logs just after running that, to see what the underlying error is. When you run that, you need to run it on the PHP version you are running the site on. The reason for this, is that it checks there are components enabled on the PHP version that are required for the software. So if you check it prior to changing the PHP version, its essentially not a check.
  2. You wouldnt be able to set it to be outside of your installations structure, no
  3. If the files are still present and its installed, then yes thats possible. You would need to check with the author
  4. Please could you explain further, as Im not understanding something here I suspect. I switched to an unaltered pack that I created in your admin CP, and Im not seeing any issues
  5. ^ this is a very good point. While it "should" be fine, there is no guarentee.
  6. This actually appears to be an issue on many sites around the net. I suspect its probably rate limiting, but that's just a guess. What I can say is its their end, and its not just you
  7. This is being spoken about internally, however you are correct. This is not something accessable at present
  8. Its worth noting first of all, you actually have 3 things here unsupported. As you mention, we dont support dev installs. But in addition, we do not yet support version 5, and dont support 3rd party items. The issue you have there is with a 3rd party item, whether or not you believe it to be uninstalled. You woudl need to contact the author of that item for assistance.
  9. Yes, that is correct. As you dont want the person to see that category
  10. Thank you for letting us know. Always handy when others come up with the same issue
  11. While I understand what you are saying there. The security of the software is something we should always consider as the the developers. In terms of "Its how instagram and wordpress do it". I've heard that argument quite a lot. I'd argue that just because someone else hasnt implemented more robust security in terms of login, doesnt mean we shouldnt. And actually, in terms of instagram its not nessesarily as clean cut as that. If you try to log in and havent done so before from that device, you have to confirm via email. Which actually amounts to the same thing.
  12. I've got it logged for you so we can take a closer look
  13. There will not be any official translations with the launch of version 5, no. Whether there will be any in the future, Im unsure. At present we are concentrating on getting version 5 out
  14. Changed Status to Duplicate
  15. Please provide a link to that page and ensure access details on file are up to date
  16. This was posted on Saturday, by yourself 🙂
  17. Please post this within the bug tracker. I suspect it actually should no longer be present. You are correct, we do not allow a database without a page any longer
  18. You would simply create a new one.
  19. That is essentially all that would be documented. What issue are you having?
  20. Could I just also check, you are using the requirement checker after switching to 8.1?
  21. Ensure you are replying to the email sent to you
