  1. I've created a ticket on this so we can get it sorted for you
  2. This is something you would have to ask cloudflare once you have a copy of version 5 that they can see. We dont support hosting environments 🙂
  3. Example: I have a car forum with the sub forums general Spares and repairs Classics Events I may well have tags with Red Blue Green Black White Metalic Yellow Amber Pink broken forSale Wanted EngineParts Bodywork North South East West Midlands Free Paid Thats just one very very small example. Tags would generally be a lot more granular than that of subforums.
  4. It would require a rebuild entirely, which is why those do not change. You will see the same with quotes. If a user has requested the account deletion and you have deleted the account, you have of course complied with their request
  5. Check your conf_global to ensure if you are using https on the server, you are also using https in there. Failing that, you will need to contact your hosting provider to assist you with resolving this
  6. Its only the first release of version 5. There will of course me many changes into the future. But with so many changes to the software, not everything will make the first release (as much as we would like it to)
  7. It doesnt actually look like you have configured the manifest section in your admin CP. I have just tried to log in to take a look but your admin CP details are not up to date. However just looking at your site, it doesnt appear to be set up
  8. We do not provide upgrade services on the self hosted platform unfortunately. At this point, you would need to do the following Backup backup backup. Make sure you have both your files and database backed up fully Upload a fresh set of files from your client area (your site will be broken at this point) Upload the requirement checker from here - Upload the requirement checker to your server, and run this Address any items showing in the requirement checker Run the upgrader from /admin/upgrade
  9. You would need to update to the latest release of the platform here. We would not really be able to provide support for the version you are running. It appears you havent updated your site in what is coming up to a decade
  10. Do you have any example members names you can provide me?
  11. Also when you say "for a user", do you mean on behalf of, or them doing theirselves?
  12. Please try the upgrade from the admin CP again. Let me know if you then still have an issue, and I will take a closer look for you
  13. This would not delete the content. Only the members. Unless Im misunderstanding what you were doing there You would need to do the above using advanced search, however you then need to click through each to mark them as spammers. There is no other method of doing this unfortunately.
  14. Please disable that and let us know if that resolves the issue in the first instance
  15. Being in a position whereby email may stop working, and running a version known to have security flaws that have since been resolved, is less of a dicey proposition?
  16. I've created a ticket on this for you, so we can look into it further
  17. We are not able to say what versions things will be released in. It will depend on the nature of the fix
