  1. Got ya. Thank you for that. Need to note, this bug means "delete permenantly" was clicked from the mod CP, so this looks very intentional. If you are 100% sure you havent done this, I would suggest changing your password and ensuring you are using 2 factor authentication (especially for staff) on your site
  2. If you have an issue with permissions in the browser itself, t hat would be device side, rather than on the side of your software
  3. Please ensure you have updated to the latest release. I am unable to replicate this, when using the option to remove them. Note there are 2 options to chose from, so if you choose the wrong one it will intentionally not remove them
  4. Version 5 is currently in alpha testing, and we would hope soon be in beta testing. Of course how long, will depend on that testing. In terms of there being an "issue" with supporting a higher version, its simply that we havent tested nor developed the product for that version, and we have seen things break. At present the focus is on development of the new version 5 release. As PHP 8.1 is supported for security releases, there is no immediate focus to support this on version 4. I would just like to comment on this part. We are currently in a major release cycle. As such, the latest version of PHP is supported in the next version available for us to feasibly do it in, as it always is. However as this time its a major release, it of course takes longer to develop, test and release.
  5. Would try as mentioned above by Nathan. In answer to your first question, those items are not there by default. By default that area is blank
  6. This was an internal issue that has been resolved
  7. Yes, you can do with one cloud and one not. webhooks and zapier are other items you could use for integrations between various sources (invision sites or otherwise)

    Bluesky

    I've passed it on 😉
  9. I can certainly see its a bug there, as it shouldnt have reported more than once. But Im unable to replicate this. You mention you reported it? Could you let me know where, and how you were able to replicate it reporting multiple times?
  10. The answer would be the same as the 2 above. You would need more information from
  11. No reason. And in fact that would be the correct way to do so 🙂
  12. Ive added the latter part there as a bug. It may well come back as needing to be a suggestion, but it may have simply been overlooked there. In terms of the card and shipping there, its unlikely this will be changed. Simply as shipping doesnt exist in the next version, so that would not be an issue in the first place
  13. Honestly unsure where you caught that its working as intended? What was being asked in the original topic was how to move an image from an album to someone elses album. You cant do that as an album is built to be for that user with that users content.
  14. Are you referring to your own albums? If so, I would need an example. If you are referring to someone elses albums, are those images owned by the persons album you are trying to move it into?
  15. ^ this 🙂 Its worth noting also, you are asking if the topic can be restored. Unless its been soft deleted and exists in the mod CP, the answer there would be no. We can restore the whole database, but not an individual topic. So you would lose everything back to the point of that database backup
  16. Moderator logs in the admin CP are always the best place to check
  17. There is no functionality within the software that would allow you to do this at the present time. Please feel free to post up within our feedback area if you would like to see something like this appear in a future release
  18. This is not something which the software uses at present, no.
  19. You dont have permissions on the front end. You need to check Members>Staff>Moderators, and ensure you have permissions for everything in there
  20. While I appreciate your frustration, we have to also protect our own email services, and I feel you are misunderstanding the situation. Its your email service that has reported to us that an email to you is being seen as spam. So either your email service is reporting us as spam, or the spam button has been selected on your email. This is nothing in any way related to a random "human clicking once on a button" from one of your email, nor is it related to anything you may have sent in any way. For account queries like this, I would suggest using the contact button at the bottom and selecting accounts from the menu provided.
  21. We cannot speak for your moderators email address, as thats not what was reported here. We can only tell you that your email address was blocked automatically because email was rejected due to a spam complaint by a receiving email.
