  1. This is not something we would do on our end, as it is an iframe
  2. I dont have any examples of anyone who has done this to hand unfortunately. I would need to get someone to take a look at that, however as mentioned, downloads is not going to do what you are looking for there.
  3. Youd create a pages database, do you could then add categories etc to that database. However if you are looking for very specific ways to display them you are going to need some amount of pages template creation of your own
  4. You may well want to try using pages for that purpose, as the downloads system will actively make sure you download it, as after all, thats its function
  5. By Document Library, Im assuming you are referring to downloads. The direct answer to your questions would be Yes, you can upload them to the downloads section, organise them into categories as needed It is searchable, the same as any other area of the community. Given what you are saying above, I need to make it clear, they would be search for the downloads item, not searching within PDFs There is no facility to view PDFs in the software. Users would have to download them Take a look here, which shows how you could get stared on that
  6. The biggest ones are Not backing up to have something to revert to if needed Having applications that are incompatible which you mentioned you already covered Not backing up to have something to revert to if needed People going for a PHP version over what we support, like switching to 8.5 for example (which was released only 15 days go). I would stick to whatever you are using now, since you are on 4.7.23 In case I didnt mention this one, not backing up to have something to revert to if needed
  7. The search items are actually set within your specific pages database, which is why you cant see then in the lang pack itself. These are found in any database settings on the language tab On the other items, if you create a new language pack, is it the same there? Are you seeing this in other areas or just those 2 items?
  8. Nothing you are missing. By "correct way", I mean at present, this is the only way in which to do it using the software. So therefore from the point of view of issuing support, thats the only 'correct' manner in which to do this, as we dont advise changing things directly within the file system
  9. As mentioned before, the correct way to do this currently, would be via CSS or JS, rather than replacing the image
  10. It will likely cause you issues. We can only really give you that much, as of course its not something we would really test
  11. There has been a bug report opened for this, as a result of the ticket above. So this would be fixed in a future release
  12. There isnt a built in way in which to do that, but you could likely just hide the button with CSS Before you use this, please bear in mind Ive not tested this, and we dont cover customisation as part of support. But something like this might help .ipsBox a.ipsButton--negative[href*="/courses/course/"] { display: none !important; }
  13. As mentioned above, there isnt a way in which to do this currently. I would suggest adding a suggestion to the feedback forum. Im not one of the devs myself here, so how hard it is to do, isnt something I can really comment on
  14. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  15. I have logged this as a bug, but it may well be that this is intentional.
  16. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  17. At present, you cant. You can only download the translated items. Its something we're aware of, and if you have any suggestions for change, please do post up a feedback item
  18. If that happens again, when you visit /admin/upgrade, make sure there is nothing after /upgrade/ :)
  19. There is still an open bug report on this currently
  20. I do need to clarify here. There are many areas where wording has changed. It is, after all, a major upgrade. Im not saying you would need to translate them all. I'm saying you should indeed be reviewing them, as with any other 3rd party resource, as some will indeed have changed. This is quite normal in any software. For further clarity here, what I am saying is once in every decade, you may need to review all translations (yes, it really has been a decade since the last major update)
  21. At present, as a workaround. I have opened a bug report for this.
  22. I have created a ticket on this for you
  23. We dont provide file sets on the cloud product unfortunately. The correct way in which to translate is via the admin CP. It will of course take time to do a new translation for the new product. It should be expected to have to translate the product again when there is a major upgrade
