  1. Yes, everyone would see them within the approval queue
  2. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you. There is no plan to add more items to this, no. Its basic login via oauth
  3. As mentioned in the description, it allows them to choose what happens in 'account settings'. However if you have set it not to show in account settings, there is no way for them to set this. The only other option is for it to do nothing. If you want it to always sync, you should be setting it to always update local database, but as mentioned you cannot do this at present because of other settings. In terms of synchronising other items, there is no option to add things in. For that you would required a custom solution.
  4. There is no way in which to do this without modification to the platform
  5. It would be more helpful to know exactly what it is you have done and what is happening, in order for us to be able to assist you. It may simply be you are going about things the wrong way here. For example, have you change an oauth key for something? Trying to set up a new one? Removed and readded something? What exactly is happening when the user attempts to log in?
  6. There is no way in which to hide this, but I have to ask, why? The only person who would ever see this is someone who has their group set to be able to see the site while its offline, and the intention is that its not actually being used
  7. You would edit the package they are currently on and change the price to the new value. When saving, it will ask if you wish to change this for existing subscribers
  8. This is something which would need to be quoted on. Your ticket is with our sales team and will be answered as soon as possible
  9. This would indeed be an issue that your hosting company would need to resolve
  10. Sorry, we should go back here a little. What issue is it you are actually trying to resolve? If its showing that, then the user will simply have to reauthorize when they next try to log in
  11. Yes, as the developers will need it left out while they are resolving
  12. You cannot search by secondary group. Only by primary group. The setting you are looking at there isnt to allow you to search for secondary groups. That setting, if switched off, will stop it appearing in the list at all. So its as if the group itself doesnt exist. For example, you may have a group called "Add section1" which you use to add some permissions somewhere. You add that as a secondary group to people you want to add that permission to. However you would never want that to appear on the front end anywhere, as its not really for 'visual' use.
  13. You could remove their integration with a 3rd party from their profile in the admin Cp
  14. Yes, that would be correct. You may find its not an issue on the next release though. Always test first
  15. Your site itself will remain operable if inactive, however you cannot upgrade or use any IPS related services such as support, spam service etc. Of course after a 2 year period your license would be permanently expired, so you would then not be able to renew
  16. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  17. I have tagged our developers to see if they can advise on this for you
  18. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  19. There wouldn't really be any way to do this at present unfortunately. Please feel free to post up within the feedback area if you wish to see something like this added to a future release of the product.
  20. We would not advise on removing indexes, no. They will be simply readded on the next update. I will however pass this along to our developers
  21. Not quite. Admin can have different permissions, but there is no "super admin". You can have all permissions or some permissions, but there can be multiple admin with all permission. There isnt a single admin that has more than all the others unless you specifically have set it that way. As a cloud customer, if you want us to confirm your position we can certainly do that. Submit a ticket to us with the name of your account and the other admins account, and we can certainly ensure you are better informed of what you need to do
  22. Please could you provide those members names (or IDs if you prefer). I can then take a look for you
  23. Im unable to replicate this, so I have created a ticket for you, which you will get an email on shortly. Please provide the file you are trying to import there so we can take a look for you
  24. Im not able to replicate this issue on my end. Please could you let me know exactly what you are selecting/deselecting, and I can then see if its that specific combination?
  25. You would indeed need to upgrade in order to add pages to your product, which is the only way you would be able to add that file
