  1. The site has already been upgarded on your previous instruction. Its worth noting, if you couldnt get on the site, then he couldnt update anything in any case. You should be able to reset your password now
  2. You would need to update your theme and any plugins/applications to the latest release, once upgraded. I will let you know once its complete, and you can then request a password reset again

  14. I can certainly answer those for you This will depend on what you currently have. In your admin CP, if you click to see the classic terms, it will tell you in there. Dont worry, you dont have to accept them just because you clicked to view 🙂 Community classic is annual only Version 5 is available only on community classic or our cloud platform
