I finally got around to setting up a True/False quiz. My question is, are the answers randomly listed in different order? I would like to of course have just 2 answers, True and False, always in that order. The quiz I set up, the answers weren't always in that order. Sometimes False was listed first. Is this possible at all to have the answers in a specific order?

    Many thanks!

UPDATE: After further testing, making a True/False quiz, it always puts the correct answer first. So if the correct answer is False, then that is the first option.

Would love an actual True/False quiz option where it always list the answers in order True/False, or at least a setting where we can set the answers in any order.

    Thank you.

    Ips has calendar...
Author, admin moderators and member assigned with ability to check the list if the task is done...
If the task miss check action before the date and time setup with calendar, then send  messenger reminder to who with ability to check it, and show a red label "need to be reviewed"...
Users with permission to check list just can do it without edit the post...

Just curious to see what some of you use as a welcome page on your forum. What I had done was make a page and added blocks to it but it looks really generic so I wanted to see what you guys use? Any good recommendations? Thanks!

Greetings and salutations. It gives me great pleasure to offer the following contract work to any developer currently seeking employment.
I am seeking a compatible plugin for Invision Community Suite 4.6 (yet to be released). The purpose of this plugin will be to provide an authorized user the capacity to read personal messages throughout the site to fulfill a legal requirement obligation.  The plugin should also have the ability to tap into the built-in language support system already found in Invision.
The development of this plugin shall be non-exclusive, and the developer will be welcome to publish the finished product to be sold to other interested clients if they so desire.  However, the initial startup cost will be covered by myself (naturally).
Interest parties are welcome to reply here or send me a personal message at your discretion. 🙂

    None interest parties.
Beyond the software, many will always see things differently. You live, or where your site is hosted, you are perhaps lucky to have such privacy laws. The people of your nation naturally will find it hard to live any other way. It is rooted in your culture, legal system, and society. I think you are very fortunate. There is something to admire how others have so many protective rights concerning privacy. My site is located in China. It is very different there. But we can sit here all day talking about the philosophy and the difference of legality throughout the world. But I rather not (please).
I much instead would prefer to focus on the software. I am not here to debate personal beliefs or the differences between nations. My only goal is to keep my site running smoothly and legally. For that, I need such a modification. I do not particularly like it. It is not the highlight of my day when I am required to do so. But we all do what we must.  I ask you kindly to please respect these facts.
Thank you for your time and consideration. 🙂

Use this suggestion - make the resulting page the homepage for the site and add an {{else}} to redirect

    It is not possible.
(Foster’s app only works if Pages is already the default app. So you can only change between different pages, not other parts of the suite like forums, profile pages and so on.)

kmk reacted to Morrigan in Pages Blocks enhancements
So I have a ton of blocks and well I'm starting to lose control of them and figured it may be a good idea to request some feature enhancements for it so that I can both clean up my blocks and also use them more efficiently.

Of course there is categorizing which is great but sometimes I mis-categorize some of my blocks. This is a particular pain point when you have to look for it on the front end. The enhancements on the front end I'd like are:
Categories collapsed by default when you open the edit bit, this way I don't have to scroll through my massive list of blocks or manually close them until the right category comes up. Ability to search the list like you can search in the ACP, just a quick like "block title" search that filters out any blocks that don't have that title. It would just make life so much easier. Next! I don't know which of my blocks are in circulation and where so trying to clean up, organize and get rid of unused blocks is a nightmare. Right now I see a list of blocks with the code and that's it and since I use a lot of Plugins the title could be repeated. The enhancements I'd like for this:
At minimum I want a count of how many locations that a block is located on the manage screen. Bonus points if you can click on that number and see the locations like: Forums > Index, Page > Test, Gallery > Albums, Gallery > Categories
The physical location doesn't matter (As in sidebar, header or footer) to me as much as the page it exists on.

kmk reacted to rgf100 in Topic Summary suggestions
I like the new topic summary boxes, but have a few thoughts...
"TOP POSTERS IN THIS TOPIC" - it's more likely people will want to read the posts, than the posters' profiles. If there's any way to bring together the posts someone has made (perhaps by minimising other posts?) that would be good, otherwise I'd have that link to the person's first / highest rated post in that topic.
The "POPULAR POSTS" bit - I'm not sure how intuitive clicking on the date is. I'd make the post text snippet clickable (and perhaps that whole div, with the userphoto / name also going to the post, although I realise this would be inconsistent with behaviour elsewhere.
POSTED IMAGES - I like this, but there's no way to get from the images to the associated post. I think there should be.

Thanks you so much for your understanding of this Mayority users needs... Because IPS say us... Hey focus on how to create content that will the key to build your community... So why hundres of us (or just me) have to spend time to search and ask for solution to resolve something so so so little UI issues (someones may say, just do this or that will resolve it, is so easy just search en the community and learn how to do, then you find your own way....), same situation with 3party apps, we have to spend a lot time to explain and elaborate to report bugs or sometimes just a minimum css issue (from coder view)....
As IPS forum follower we can say FB is bad because that and others, bu why mayority people love it (maybe other mayority people don't like it) and FB continue growing?... Out of the box, people just manage it to create content and focus their business, they don't want spend time to say to you... Hey, why so much white space, hey there a bug, hey some UI os ugly or tricky... I have to spend so much time to visit to marketplace to see if some new to make my forum better look or better skills..we already have a company with so good developers and coders of community to help so much.. But then I have to spend so much time to collaborate reporting bugs and suggestions or request.... Finally I learned, try to use what you have now (whatever with so many issues that you don't like it) and spend time on your business, spend a little time to check if there borned some better solutions or platforms...
    So thank so much @Davyc

    /* Changes to Clubs */ [data-pagemodule="clubs"] .ipsApp .ipsSpacer_top, .ipsApp .ipsSpacer_both { margin-top: 0px; } .cClubCard .ipsPageHead_special { height: 185px; } .cClubCard .cClubCard_info { margin-left: 5px !important; margin-top: 7px; margin-bottom: 10px; } .ipsType_reset.cClubCard_title.ipsType_blendLinks .ipsPageHead_barText_small { background: rgb(4 128 93); line-height: 1; padding: 12px 10px; font-weight: 500; } [data-pagemodule="clubs"] #elContextualTools { padding: 0px 15px 0px 15px; margin: 48px -15px 0px -15px; transition: box-shadow 0.3s linear; } [data-pagemodule="clubs"] .ipsType_pageTitle { padding-left: 20px; } [data-pageid="1"] #elContextualTools { padding: 0px 15px 0px 15px; margin: 65px -15px 0px -15px; transition: box-shadow 0.3s linear; } [data-pageid="2"] #elContextualTools { padding: 0px 15px 0px 15px; margin: 65px -15px 0px -15px; transition: box-shadow 0.3s linear; } [data-pageid="3"] #elContextualTools { padding: 0px 15px 0px 15px; margin: 65px -15px 0px -15px; transition: box-shadow 0.3s linear; } [data-pageid="4"] #elContextualTools { padding: 0px 15px 0px 15px; margin: 65px -15px 0px -15px; transition: box-shadow 0.3s linear; } You may not need all of the CSS code, but if you have pages in your club that is where this comes into play and you will need to find out what your page ID's are.
[data-pageid="1"] #elContextualTools { padding: 0px 15px 0px 15px; margin: 65px -15px 0px -15px; transition: box-shadow 0.3s linear; } The page ID section makes some alignment changes.  Just play around with the CSS to achieve the look you want.  Much of it is alignment issues that really annoy the hell out of me; my designer OCD kicking in lol.
Let me know how you get on and enjoy 🙂
