Essentially, we changed the PayPal integration and we wanted to just give a heads up for those testing the Beta that there could potentially be issues.

I better start collecting the points, want one too!

It's early morning so happy to be wrong but I think the logic on the check for that section may be flawed if you are viewing your own topic and you are a Moderator.
Here's the code:

I use them as SMTP. They are cheaper than other solutions. Using them since IPB3 times. They do not care about bounce rate etc. No problems with blacklisting etc. The only contact with them is annual subscription payment 😛

Can you implement a mechanism that would periodically check if emails the accounts are registered on still exist, are still valid or not blocked? Would be great to reduce a bounce back rate. Such user would be marked automatically by notifications system and bulk mail system as "DO NTO SEND".

Revolut becoming very popular way of getting pay. It is beating alternative for PayPal in aspect of fees while keeping even better Customer experience because it is very simple way of paying. When assigning a ticket to a user, ensure that the "Lock to this staff member" option is set. When set, this will force the ticket to be assigned to that person regardless of who replies.

You did not get me. Possibly upgrade to CKE5 will require update of every app that uses current editor because core design of CKE5 changed completely. So, if you use 100 custom apps using the current editor you will likely need to update all of the 100 apps what in result is equal to animated presentation I posted 😄

From what I hear from my USA friends, there is no more thing as American Dream. It is nearly impossible to get to the top (getting rich) from the bottom as in past. From what I have been told, USA became a country for already rich people.
 
That means you had a fail on designing the product/service model, as you did not consider this. I believe that amount of work required to make it work now may be huge, therefore costs. I believe that minimum 80% of self-hosted solutions would get such service, as they would be forced to by needs of current market/communities.

@Gary if you have access to the ACP, it is worth seeing the errors @PatrickRQ saw more than once or if not, mention it to the dev team to look at it. It could be a bug. 

The error happened yesterday to me. I was posting the topic and clicked SUBMIT button - then your page reported something went wrong error but I continued to click BACK/SUBMIT - still got same error. I even was not aware all topics were posted. You may want to report to developers for review of the logs, as I believe that multi-posting (in case of some error) should be prevented on code-level.
