Posted March 2, 20231 yr Hi, In commerce, a support ticket having supporter assigned get the association lost upon reply. This is unwanted behavior as association should be removed manually, not cleared upon first reply.
March 2, 20231 yr Solution When assigning a ticket to a user, ensure that the "Lock to this staff member" option is set. When set, this will force the ticket to be assigned to that person regardless of who replies.
