Needed a way to set a share image for topics for years, never happened and doubt it ever will. Yes I'm aware there is a default you can set so the same image shows for every topic, but who really wants that

Having spoken with Mark privately as we run similar forums (both Football, not Soccer, Football!), he is speaking about guests viewing the forum not members.
On his setup, only guests are shown ads, his concern is that if guests are not shown up to date posts say during the game they will choose to follow the game elsewhere, say X for example.
This would obviously have a negative impact on his ad revenue which pays the bills.
I do share his concern somewhat and would be nice to reduce the time, I personally ran with 5 minutes when using Cloudflare on a Self Host setup prior to moving to IPS Cloud.
For me this was a nice balance between not annoying guests too much whilst encouraging them to also signup and login.
I guess the feedback here would be, it would be nice to control the cache time per site if possible rather than a blanket uncontrollable 15 minutes which maybe fine for say a gaming forum, just not for one that has live events.

Cloud customers do get tickets. The ticket was sent in around 1am our time Sunday morning. I responded around 8:30am and got the help of Marc to investigate the issue. 
 
We have auto renewing SSL certificates which rely on a CNAME being added to the domain which we inform the customer at the time they sign up. 
 
On this occasion the CNAME is missing from the domain name which we do not control so the auto renewal is flagged as PENDING on our side. As soon as the CNAME entry has been added, it’ll auto renew. 
 
So to be clear, the customer got support on a Sunday morning by two members of our team for an issue that was with the domain name we do not control.

If 15+ people have quoted you that will very quickly become annoying though.
Currently say I've had members quote 3, the bubble says 3 and I can see clearly the 3 quoted posts as it has a different background colour. I click it, and click the first quoted post, the bubble goes BUT, when I click that dropdown again, the backgrounds have all been marked as read despite only reading one post.
The two remaining quoted posts should still show as unread. (but the bubble should not appear, as there are none new since last clicking it.)

Spotted that there are some x.com/ URLs now appearing for the normal tweet links - as a result, oembed will fail and they'll be links.

That's the biggest rewind I've seen from IPS in years of service. 🤯
The marketplace is an excellent showcase for small and big developers to publish their work that would have a potential chance of being bought, you've killed every chance for these products to be discovered.
There are many small modifications that enrich the IPS, and now they will no longer have visibility.
People will now have to apply for paid service one by one, for features that were already available in marketplace.

what will happen for people hosting in the cloud? No mods?

Looked at that originally but it needs the photo to be uploaded into a post on the topic itself which isn't what I'm after, since alot of topics don't have an attachment, and sometimes they do which are not relevant.

More than anything else, I want to be able to set a share image for a topic should I want to. I don't want to just use the same default share photo for every single topic. If I share a topic on social media, I want a photo related to that specific topic to be the image in the card.
Have tried to get a hook/app for this for many years and nothing has worked

Ban users from topic.
This has been a problem ever since the start. I don't want to ban posters from certain forums, but this is what I've had to do to prevent those posting in certain topics. Even the banning from a forum isn't ideal, I have to create a new member group and place those members in there, but thats what I've done. It would be so much easier to just have a ban from topic option though.

Less sluggish on mobile, if you compare swiping back and forth to a XF forum, then Invision is slow. I think it maybe because Invision activates a reload when you swipe and XF doesn't.

Don't forget about visual experiences as well; most forum owners are laymen and pay more attention to appearance, simplicity, and functionality rather than source code. I hope @Ehren comes up with something cool.

If hooks are going, whats the process to get my current ones working on the new version? I only use a few, online indicator, EZ scroll top and an adblock checker. Also I have quite big ratings application that I assume will break.
Also, you said ages ago you were going to prepare for removing display name login, there's been no sign of that. I still disagree with this entirely and can't see any benefit, I've not had a single hacking complaint in 19 years on my site.

Why is this a moderation thing? Why regular users can't view so basic statistics?
Why Most Active Members, Most Popular Days or Top Reacted Comments have to be hidden from the general public, or even guests?

Doesn't work as well as guest page caching did though, guests can't change themes is an issue too.
