Saurabh Jain
is this working in 4.2 as well? Link to comment
opentype
Haven’t tested it. But it will certainly be supported close to the official 4.2 release. Link to comment
-FP
Everything seems to be working as expected on my end. Running 4.2 beta 3. Link to comment
-FP
Spoke too soon. The reactions menu is not showing up in the record view. Edited May 20, 2017 by -FP Link to comment
opentype
That’s expected. The new 4.2 reputation calls aren’t in there. I will update it close to the release of 4.2 and then replace the 4.1 version with the 4.2 version. I can’t do that now of course, or it would break for customers who are not running the 4.2 beta. Qubabos
@opentype I have one request - could you check compatibility of your supergrid with latest cookie notice plugin from @-FP ? After update to 3.0 version it breaks scaling of article images. They doesnt fit the boxes. Link to comment
opentype
It’s the cookie plugin that is broken. Link to comment
Steve Bullman
Hi, `i have installed this but cant get the record view template to work as it does in the sample images. Hard to see from the screen shot as the title is in a red font, its displaying within the image, just above the dummy text. Where have i gone wrong please? Link to comment

It makes the background layer of the text block invisible. If you link the actual page, I can check the CSS styling and probably provide a manual override to fix that. Steve Bullman 1 Link to comment

gavpedz
I love this but how can i get some spacing above and below posts? Link to comment
opentype
It should have spacing. And the avatar images should overlay the background image. Guess there are some weird or conflicting things going on in your theme. Try with the default theme for comparison. Link to comment
gavpedz
Thanks I am on the default theme though. Link to comment
opentype
If you send me a link I can inspect the CSS. A screenshot isn’t enough. Link to comment
homeservershow.com
Hey opentype, Forgive a newbie question as I'm coming from WordPress. I don't see how to mark an image with the record image field, or upload with this field in order to get it to show up. Let alone, mark older posts so they show up. I'm not sure if it's setup correctly on my side to see that field during post creation. Image attached. I have the fallback image set and it looks great! https://homeservershow.com Link to comment
ABGenc
I have upgraded my test site to 4.2 Gold, Theme compatible with 4.2 and uploaded SuperGrid 2.2 but when I enable Show byline, the date is displayed next to Page Record Category as follows. and I am wondering (most probably asked before ) when using SuperGrid on frontpage within a block, can a record be pinned as the first article ? opentype
Please check your language string for “cms_byline”. I guess you have customized that, which leads to this result. By the default, it’s … By %s, in <a href='%s'>%s</a>, which would separate the entries through commas. Duken and ABGenc 2 Link to comment

You are right,, a comma at the end and a space did the trick.. 9 hours ago, ABGenc said: and I am wondering (most probably asked before ) when using SuperGrid on frontpage within a block, can a record be pinned as the first article ? The ordering comes from the system. I just style it. So whatever feed blocks can do, SuperGrid blocks can do. If you want pinned entries, you would have create a separate block with just pinned entries in it. 5 minutes ago, ABGenc said: Is this format possible out-of-the-box ? ( 2x3x3 ) It’s reserved for the database homepage. It’s not on listings and blocks. ABGenc 1 Link to comment

So we can use 2 blocks one under the other. On top a 2 entry block with 2 pinned record and under that the rest.. Very good idea, will try that Link to comment
