How to clear pending notification tasks? I have a lot of old pending notifications and i guess this is making my tasks getting stuck.. Most of them is about two year olds topics... i just want to clear the queue

With the new updates, I'm seeing abbreviated post counts on all members over 1,000 posts. This does not work for my forum. I need it back to the full number. How do I achieve that? Thanks.

Hi All, I'm trying to find metrics related to Reactions - How many reactions for each post/comment & Top 10 posts/comments with max number of reactions of a particular type. I'm trying to understand how I can connect relations to posts/comments in the Mysql database. I could only find Core_Reactions which has the list of all the reactions. How can I tie this to posts/comments? Also, in the Forums_Forums table what does the fields skin_id and parent_id represents?

Hello, I really like the Pages Databases and I think they are the solution I'm looking for. I want users to be allowed to post images with text, with lots of custom fields and categories, to showcase their creations. I want the main listing to just show thumbnails of images, since that is how users like to browse this type of content (the text is not important until you want to learn more about an image / photo). I figured out how to display my images in the custom fields as full size images instead of part of the label. Hi All, We are using a self hosted install for Invision platform. After we installed the software, When I looked at the tables through phpmyadmin, I do not see any foreign keys on the tables. I saw that all the tables are running on InnoDB. Do I have to create the foreign keys manually myself. Are these not defined by default? Is there any available document that shows how the tables are linked to each other?

After a few trials I've finally succeed on creating a sandbox copy of our comunity. It allows us to make some development, modules or functionalities tests before setting them into the production one. Our need was to create a copy into the same hosting space without polluting the production one. So here is how I made it : I - Copy Files First of all you need to create a copy of your community files, in our hosted space the files where located into the /www/ folder, so I simply ssh loged in and ran a : copy -aR ./www ./sandbox It is the fastest way to create a local copy, but you can also FTP-download your community files then FTP-upload them …

Looking at options for sending out newsletters. In the past I have just done it directly through the admin panel, being careful to only send 1000 at a time to minimise the risk of being blacklisted. Now I have taken someone on who is going to be managing regular email marketing campaigns monthly, or perhaps even weekly to a subscription base of 30,000. I would like to know what software everyone is using to do this. I have obviously looked at the obvious ones like mail chimp and active campaign, but the prices are going to stack up pretty damm quickly using those. Upgraded one of our two forums last night. All went well. The only odd change was that the Widget Image boxes in the sidebar of the front page (and also on a separate Pages page) were all narrowed by approx. 40 pixels. Did the width of the forum change with the upgrade?

I'm looking at a new host who limits the number of emails sent per hour and per day. What is the best way to find out what my average number of emails sent is, either through cPanel or my community? In addition, is there a way to stop the individual emails (for each topic response) and only allow a digest version?

Problem: When a user registers (typically a spammer) and leaves a non existing email address as reference, I - the admin - gets the "This email doesn't exist" error report sent back to me. I get 1-5 of those per day, and it's really disturbing. I don't want those emails. Is it possible to change this setting, eg by have a "no-reply" email address as a register address or something? To clarify: I want to be able to send *other* emails of course. I just don't want to know if someone registers with a faulty email address.

I've upgraded to 4.6.1 and have rebuilt the achievements, largely using the defaults for now. If I create a new badge, let's say for "1000th Reputation Received", would it automatically award it to anybody who already meets the criteria or would it be necessary to trigger another rebuild? Thanks 🙂

Good day, I've been tryin to reach out on admins by asking on support bubble and waiting for response regarding my concern .. Since day 1, Every time I load my forums or edit settings the loading time is always above 10 seconds .. I think its 15sec to 25sec til it loads, that's too slow ... I tried to reinstalling it for 7 times .. Still the same ... Please help,

I never see images in emails from my sire and they are definitely on the server. Hi, I’m using the API to migrate forum posts. So far the author/member, topic and post stuff has been fine. I can’t however see how I’d add images to posts. I do see and endpoint for gallery images, but that requires a gallery or category ID which I don’t know. does anyone have some code snippets or ideas for how to do this?
