Hey, as the title, I can see that uploaders are able to select paid for their file uploads and can set a price, but it seems they are able to do this without ever entering their own paypal or stripe details, how does this work?

I believe I need a 3.x version and from there upgrade to 4.x. Different PHP support which I have covered. How do I access a 3.x version? Sent an email to accounts and sales and heard nothing back. Paying customer.

I would like to reset my admin password. I accidentally over-wrote the password saved in my browser. I have access to the server and database, my front-end login is working, email works too. There doesn’t appear to be a forgot-password link on the ACP login.

So I just moved my v5 installation on a VPS after my shared provided refused to do something I asked. There was Beta 10 installed because I didn't have the time yesterday to upgrade. The installation is mostly empty, but we did some modifications and I'll like to keep them.

I migrated my website via backup and upload to a new server with a different sever IP. When I try to login to the ACP, it logs me out and show this error "Your IP address does not match this session. Help". I can only login to the ACP using constant "\define( 'BYPASS_ACP_IP_CHECK', true );" I tried clearing the system cache which did not fix it. Is there a method I can use to fix this issue?

Hello, We are experiencing issue about the "upcoming event" widget. We are seeing events but the disappear 1h before the start of the event. Here's some insights : - Events are configured in Paris timezone - Our computer are in Paris timezone - Our server is configured with CET time If you check screenshots, at the time of the event -1h, we are still seeing them, and one minute after (my screenshot is 3minutes later), we does not see it anymore. I heard that Invision Community software is better optimized for MySQL8, and I could achieve better performance. I’m currently using MariaDB and would like to migrate my community to MySQL. Hello. I would like to increase the waiting time before logout, when no activity is detected, in the administration area. It happens to me very often, that I am working on the development of some explanatory text, and when I go to save it, the session has expired and I lose all the work done. Hello, I recently purchased a new Classic license (self-hosted) for https://flightsim.no. However, the old forum was located at flightsim.no/forum so I had to move the forum to the root domain at flightsim.no. I also updated the config file with the correct address etc and cleared the cache in the Invision admin panel. Everything went well and the forum seems to work, but it's not possible to start new posts or upload files. When trying to add a new post, I get an error saying the page I'm trying to access is temporarily down or permanently moved to a new address. We have had an IPB license and maintained upgrades for over 18 years. Our site started very small, but has grown so that we had to upgrade our server plan and was migrated to another server with more space. Our site was running smoothly on our old server. The new server is running a different operating system than the old one, and we are now having issues. The server migration and tech support teams have been working for weeks now to try and figure out the problem, but have exhausted their efforts. I have checked my file settings for the locations, cleared the cache, even purged CloudFlare's. I don't know why this is happening. So, weird. It's suddenly stopped. I'vee been trying to resolve this since 12pm London time. 2 hours later, it suddenly retuns after posting this. My sites haunted. 😛

Hello, I've implemented webhook for RSVP status change. It works well for RSVP going and not going. But when a user is leaving an already joined event, there is no trigger. Is it a bug ? Because regarding the documentation, it should triggger for a change "Fired when somebody changes his RSVP status". Regards

Hello, I've created a new adminstrator group which have permission to manage "Venues". But users with on this group does not have access to Venues (does not show in menu and if he click on the click which I send us, it does not work, permission issue.) I tried with an account with "Administrator" access, it works, and with the new "Administration Board" group it does not.

Getting these errors randomly after server move when I try to access the Support section, and always when I try to view the System Logs. I have tried setting perms, but they still appear. Hi, I want to solve a long term problem in our forum. We have problem with uploaded images, that are rotated only by the exif information. By uploading the image, forum sotware does not read the exif informartion to rotate them and the rotation is wrong.
