Hello. I'm having an absolutely catastrophic time with my forum and I have no idea how to get support. First, I've locked myself out of the admin panel and I can't get back in. I've reset the password as explained in several threads but that only lets me into the forum, not the admin panel. Second, my SSO has stopped working and nothing I do will fix it. I need this fixed asap as my community has no access to the forum now. I find the forums and documentation incredibly hard to navigate, and I can't even find where to find Invision professionals so I can throw money at the problem. Please someone help me! I'm losing my mind here.

Hi, Yesterday, I sent my annual summary emails via bulk mail. I noticed that several messages sent are not signed at all (SPF, DKIM,Header,...). I did several tests, (a php file to test my sendmail function without going through ipboard and no errors). The mail test of the configuration in the admin panel OK... I always seem to have this problem on a new install. And I can't seem to remember how I fixed it before. But it's very annoying trying to setup things in the ACP and it keeps logging me out. Sometimes I have to login 3-4 times before it actually goes through.

Hello, I wanted to know how i do unhide all the css in the code editor without being in designer mode, i had an older version that i used and i was able but now in the latest one, after i upgraded, i want to make a new theme for my community and i just can't do it without being in designers mode, and the biggest issue is that i have the old theme there as well that i can take code from there and include into the new one but once i go designer mode and back, the old theme breaks and needs reuploading every time... After the last forum update (4.7.19) on my server, there was a problem with a SQL query that takes a very long time to execute. It is most visible in large topics with more than 500 replies. Hello, i have a problem. We found a problem with test theme with any app or hook... after actived the theme, broken the website and we cant access anymore the admin to fix that. I want to know if is possible to replace the default theme via database or how to desactive the plugins or addon via ftp to fix that. we have a copy of website (without all addon) running perfectly.

I moved the site to a new server and since then the emails are not sent, the SMTP connection does not happen. When I enter the support section I get a message that says there are problems with the connection to the outside. Yet in the same environment there is a test php file to send emails that works perfectly, there is something in IP.Board....

Just updated to v4.7.19 this afternoon and I'm getting so many issues. The forum looks like there's no CSS. And in the admin panel, things like graphs are missing, the field to enter a "forum down" message isn't showing up, other admin areas don't have the usual upload buttons, etc. I really can't do much in the admin panel because I can't move between tabs, choose anything from a drop-down menu, etc. Because of the admin panel issues it doesn't appear to have to do with my theme (which only has a couple very minor customizations) Any ideas? Didn't expect this from such a relatively minor update. Screenshots attached.

Hello, recently, we've encountered issues with editing a hidden topic by its author. Another administrator/moderator can edit the thread, but the author of the hidden topic cannot. By "hidden topic," I mean one that is scheduled.

When I attempt to run the upgrade I get a message that "There are some problems with your database which need to be fixed before you can start the upgrade." I then get a very long list of commands to execute manually (855 lines!), or a "Fix This"button. If I hit the "Fix this"button, it processes for a while, then comes back with the same error. Any thouhts how I can get a fix?

Hello, Some members of our website have been experiencing an issue with the Calendar where requests take 60+ seconds to process and eventually time out. We observed that this issue was occurring under the following conditions: A calendar event was created with TZ America/Chicago, repeats Every Week, and occurs on Saturday & Sunday at 8:00 PM. A member in the Australia/Brisbane (or other larger UTC offsets) visits any part of the Calendar in Monthly view or visits the aforementioned event page. Here how you can replicate. On Promote section hit X to delete a promoted topic Pop up appears and quickly disappears without hitting the OK to approve or cancel button. The promoted topic already deleted without confirmation.

Hello, We've identified an issue with emails sent by the Nexus Support system in the latest version which causes two Message-ID headers to be sent and the emails to be rejected. hello IPS, we have our forum hosted with Informanik in Switzerland and our DB is MySQL version 5.6 and you recommend to upgrade to version 8 or higher for the next IVP update. Informanik recommend we migrate our MySQL 5.6 DB to MariaDB version 10, can we upgrade to that DB and have no problems with your update soon please ? I understand that MarieDB is recommended for for speed, but I don't know if IVP software is compatible because it is on MySQL. We are experiencing a failure to apply a new updated renewal price to an existing purchase in ACP -> Commerce -> Store -> Products.
