Hello,

I think the issue is related to the server. I'm experiencing the same problem in both V4 and V5. There might be a missing, incorrect, or extra component on my server.

The graph in the image is from my server, and the spikes in the graph correspond to the times when I installed the application yesterday. I usually encounter a 503 server error when installing the application.

For example, when I make a change in the theme and try to save it, I often get a 503 server error.

My PHP version is up to date, but does anyone know how I can fix this issue on my server?

I have a dedicated server and I'm using Plesk panel.

More details are needed to have an idea as to what's causing that. Can you check the server error log for any messages logged in there most recently pertaining to this?

The error log file can be found at :/var/www/vhosts/system/yoursite.com/logs/error_log

You have an internal server error being caused by the 3rd party application 'videobox', based on that message.

Yes, I know this, but my problem is that I get this error in all third-party applications. I'm trying to understand the issue on my server.

Are the third party apps that you are trying to install compatible with your forum version and/or the php version that you are using?

Yüklemeye çalıştığınız üçüncü parti uygulamalar forum sürümünüzle ve/veya kullandığınız php sürümüyle uyumlu mu?

Are they compatible with php 8.3? But as mentioned above by @Jim M , you will need to see the actual error as that will help a lot in identifying the real cause of the issue.
