After upgrading to 4.7.20, registrations fell off a cliff. Hadn't been able to duplicate it until today. I removed registration questions, which seemed to help, forced the full registration form, and forced Varnish & Cloudflare to not cache registration pages.

On registration, after completing hCaptcha, and clicking register, the form reloads, without hCaptha now, password prefilled, all looking okay, but the account not created. It won't create until you actually click Create my account a second time. It's very strange. Redis 7, PHP 8.1, cache cleared (many, many times). Nothing in the Javascript console.

There is this in the logs;
