Hi, I'm new to language packs and wondering if this will suit my needs. I would like my site to be readable in a different language. If I were to install a language pack is there a way a visitor will be able to select his own language and read the entire site in his tongue? Edit: Please disregard, I found a solution.

Hello, It's not easy to custom the Pages's templates. This point should be improved, in my opinion. Currently, I'd like to delete the author line, in a feed blocks (bottom right block "définitions réédités" : https://www.dicopsy.com/) Because I'm the only one to add record, so that line is repetitive. But I don't find out how to do that, in the templates. So, where is it, please ? And which line, exactly ? Thank you

I migrated from vBulletin 4 using the converter for a self hosted installation. Everything went very smoothly with the single exception that the past 10 months of posts in all forums disappeared. I ran the converter again on just the forum posts and users and it finished nearly instantly with no change. Anyone have any ideas?

I have a German project. The date is shown like: September 20, 2021 It should be: 20. September, 2021 Where can I change this? I have Plesk with Debian (both latest). The Locale for language in ACP is correct. This is not crucial, but I do not like this. Can I change it somewhere? Is it OS, Plesk or PHP setting?

I have a subdomain: subdomain.mysite.com that I have setup access using "Connect Two Invision Communities". I only want people to login via the "Existing user? Sign In" I do not want anyone to create an account via the "Sign Up" button. How do I disable "Sign Up" button as shown below:

My question is simple. How taxes calculate percentage % for each country the customer is located? For example if someone from US i think its 0% , but if someone from australia its 10% . is there a ready list for all country taxes? or its already loaded in IPS?

Dates show in my community as configured (DD. MONTH YYYY). However, dates in the date picker of the calendar app are displayed in this format: Is there a way to make dates appear in the same format as elsewhere, e.g. 29/08/2021 ? Thanks for any pointer.

Hi, when canceling a user’s product it says that I can allow the customer to reactivate it. So I did it on a testing customer account but I can’t find any button to reactivate it anywhere, can someone tell me how would the customer be able to reactivate?

Hi! I own a file-centric website where I publish translations for game modifications. What I'd like to do is to add a short description to category page so instead of taking a text from the main block it would display a short description. There's custom fields in Invision and text field would fit just well. Is there any chance I could display it outside of file pages?

What is the best way to set up a new install of IPS for an existing (live) community site (based on another CMS) that I want to have minimal change-over and downtime when I finally redirect the old domain name to the new hosting and the new ready-to-go-fully-configured IPS system? I thought just having no domain on the new site, then once the domain is transferred that IPS would be "ok" with being on a domain name where previously it was on an IP-address only. I wanted to test this out. So using a newly registered throwaway domain, I tried this fake "switchover" dress rehearsal. For the 99% of it, IPS was fine! We're using the 'Files Feed' block to display some PDF downloads just just one category. It currently looks like this: Can someone please point me in the right direction of where I'd find the correct templates so make this a horizontal list layout and not a column layout? I need to show longer titles and/or wider columns, include a formatted date and kill the reviews output. Stuff like that. I've been looking about for a while and can't get anywhere! I was really hoping for a 'list' toggle in the settings somewhere but fear I'm going to have to do this manually. Any pointers appreciated!

Invision Community seems to automatically remove id or name property in html element. Without id property, it seem not possible to put internal links in the same article. ie, I would like to make it possible to write an article (or database record) like: In this topic <a href='#step1'>1. Registratio'</a> <a href='#step2'>2. Installation</a> ... <h2 id='step1'>1. Registration</h2> .... <h2 id='step1'>2. Installation</h2> .... But Invision community removes automatically: id ='step1' id='step2' Can I get any help?
