In the Block Manager the list of system Blocks should also include a toggle for "Content - Custom Blocks" when expand it would list all the custom blocks that are defined - Including any category folder hierarchy that is established including the description. I have been testing IPS4 along the way for speed, using many different configurations, and wanted to share the end results with Beta 6 tonight. Of course this is a clean install, however the numbers are very promising.

Please allow My Activity filtering (left pane) to be saved. I would like it to default to Topics when I go to it but it resets every time! In 3.4 it saves. Can you offer this in the ACP at least? Allow the choice, and allow us to select a default for the members? Thanks!

I Read the feature plan about the other storage partners. One thing that would help if possible on existing ASW S3 and any future providers is based on the sites current storage requirements and stats from the last x days / weeks months the site including all he other variables that determine third party pricing. It would be nice if the system provided some fair estimate cost based on current published pricing, so that a user could make an informed decision.

Hi, I have the following issue: If I run my own page without IPS Wrapper, my javascript are on bottom of the page and ips wrapper which have its own javascript on the top. It works fine. If I use that page as a custom block inside an another page feed as custom block, then the page is generated with my included javascript libraries are on top of the page and ips javascript libraries are on bottom . It seems like there is conflicting javascript version and mine got overwritten. I can't use a different version of javascript otherwise exception are generated as it happens in my case. Thus my page no longer works as it is when it is without ips wrapper. I don't know how to …

Hello, Where could I find the current released version of IPB? As currently I do not have the license, I am not able to see through Client Area which version is available to buy. many user on my board tell about their sensitive data are not "hidden" because some admin could show them without a "approvation" from a user. Then in future the logged as feature could be default with a approvation? or permise to show any non privated content if i not have approvation? ps on my board i have a some custom field (skype facebook account phone number...) i permise to show them only for staff but i would permise to show them for "follower/friend" only.

I know there is an option to allow albums in certain gallery categories, however, would be nice if there was an option to force members to create an album within the category or give them the option of uploading to one of their existing albums. I can see it now, the gallery categories are going to be a mix of albums and individual photos. Also, in the previous version to this one (3.4.6), when you uploaded a picture to the gallery did it not either have a BB link you could share in a topic or when you posted that topic, gave you the option to choose gallery photos to display? Never mind this is my mistake it does follow over. I had the wrong permissions settings. I know when upgrading, there is a risk that custom changes will not upgrade and that is understandable. But when the design in 4.0 specifically allows for creating custom buttons in toolbars, it seems like those should follow the upgrade or at least allow a choice to have them copied over, similar to friend and followers. You can choose which one you want before the upgrade without those basic changes following, it will kind of make me not to want to upgrade, especially in the RC's when upgrading is ever few days. I know the change to IP.Content 5 to Pages, but don't it make it a little confusing a little bit with the trying to work with in IP.Content 5 with pages and such when one is talking about it vs working with in the system and talking about pages (webpages)? I think the name could be name a better way. What change the name when IP.Content 5 when it was a good name? Why the change from IP.Content 5 to Pages and was the name consider in regard to the confusing problem with the product?

I'd think with all the 4.0 advancements you'd be able to search more than one content type (w/o having to search all). My users could really benefit from searching the forums and articles, for example. In the initial search box the check marks should allow for multiple selections, as well as the radio buttons in Advanced.

Please add the "no submissions in this category" option again, along with "display submissions from child categories" it just looks irritating to read that there are 2096 Files but nothing shows up: http://community.invisionpower.com/files/category/158-previous-versions/ at least at a subcategory listing and change the text to 2096 files in x categories

Hello, Currently, 3 steps are needed for sharing a post in another post: Click on the share button Copy the link. This step is composed of smaller steps, depending on the habit of the user. Mine are: click on the link, press Ctrl+C. Go to the new post, Paste. I would like to suggest an improvement to this, which is essential given the high frequency of sharing posts: After clicking on the share button, the link is automatically selected and, better, copied to the clipboard.
