Why not the ability to mark a post as "best answer" in a "discussion" thread?

If a user wants to ask a "question", is it so that I need to create a seperate category for them to post?

Did they remove it from 4.0? Hope not! I heavily use it.

Allow people to mark a reply in a topic as "Solved" which would highlight that post and optionally also show in the topic listing.

Sounds like what I am referring to.

Would this then make "Question" category's redundant?
