Hello, I've recently tried to send a bulkmail to a certain group of users and got this error: 4C143/1 Server did not accept message for delivery but provided no error message. Around 15% of the group members got their emails and then the error occured. What may be the problem?

So, I got storage setting to work with Wasabi after some setup but now my transfer of files have been stuck at 54% since almost two weeks back (72% after I changed path), moving from Amazon S3 to Wasabi. I've verified that cron is working and tried to start the transfer manually with no success. I've managed to unlock the process and change back to S3 which started another file move that completed and I've tried to download files from my site which seems to point to the now correct path on S3. My question is if I somehow can cancel the process that keeps getting stuck even after I've unlocked it since there seem to be a conflict with it and the other file move t…

I have recently tried to add Recent achievements into my dashboard but the data seems all wrong. I know for a fact that some members have increased ranks for example in the last month but none are showing up. Only data from December, nothing in January. It seems to only be pulling in data from one group of users (in my case ex members). Is there a setting I have missed? Thank you

Currently I am seeing within Akamai (the CDN & Web Application Firewall in use for www.zero88.com/forum) some blocked POST requests when end users are trying reply to an item on the forum. Something that spikes my interest is that it looks like that there are some values stored in a cookie which are being send together with the POST request which are classified by our WAF as a XSS attempt. When people clear their cache or visit the website incognito it seems that the issue does not happen which does somewhat confirm my initial thought it could be due to some string which is being sent with the POST request stored in a cookie (or something else which is hap…

I didn't catch this until now, but a bunch of users were marked as Spam on October 17th. The log only says "{"spammer":"1"} " under account activity with no mention of whodunnit. Some of them are users that I know personally, so I know for a fact that I didn't mark them as spam, and there is no way I did that many spam tags on the same day without remembering it. Unfortunately, my Spam Defense logs prune at 30 days. Also, unfortunately, I don't recall when I did the last IPS update, but it sounds to be around the right time. I know it's probably not fixable on my site, but I at least wanted to make you aware of it and hear your thoughts.

Hi all, I've just installed a test version of 4.7.6 as my community is using 4.4, so I want to make sure everything works but I noticed when I add content it no longer gives the option to set a date to publish, so everything is immediate. Is this a feature which was removed? Or now a setting to be enabled? Thanks all

Hi All, We sometimes use Invision for our corporate customers. They log in to read private articles, blogs and reports that we've created for them. These are all big organisations. We've just been asked by one about Invision's security information, i.e. How secure is it, etc? I'm not a security expert so I don't know the words to search for in the forums and help areas. I've been trying to find some documentation on Info Security and things like that. Does anyone have a link to a document that I could share with the customer, please? Thanks, Nigel

BUG?: I had the image ordering set to Caption. The image scrolling arrows would then bump the user off at the end of any image row to land on the front page of the forum. BUG?: I then set the image ordering to Recently Updated. In one of the Albums, the scrolling arrows skipped over a particular image repeatedly. I couldn't figure out why. So I now have the image ordering set to Start Date and scrolling works OK so far. No bumps out of the gallery and no skips over some image.
