Hi there, In IPB 3.x, we were able to define custom profile fields with couples of key / value. For instance, with a radio button: 0=Yes, 1=No. I can't find such a system in IPS4, and that makes it difficult for me to trigger things depending on the custom profile fields values. How could we do that in IPS4 ? Thanks a lot,

Hello, I've "upgraded" from 3.4.* to the latest RC of 4.0 and I kind of broke my theme. My main page and the admin center where without any styling, everything was broken. I noticed that some of the loaded CSS and JS had a wrong path. My board is at www.board.de/folder_1 but my license is at www.board.de/folder_2 - It took the "folder_2" paths for the CSS and JS, but just partly... some of the JS scripts had the right domain. I resetted my key and updated to a new domain, reloaded it in the ACP but still nothing. I even checked the conf_global paths, everything is right. But as soon as I turn on the theme designer in the ACP, everything works fine beside no jQuery is lo…

The text editor on my forum is not displaying anywhere (this includes the AdminCP). I have tried in Firefox, IE and IOS. I have also checked the permissions etc. Please see the attached screenshot. Does anyone have any idea as to why this is? Kind regards

Is there anyway to not have billing address required or not have that section show up at all when the price is 0.00? In this case I have a free product that cost $0 and not really wanting my end user to be presented with the billing address (tmi). I would like to make it easy as possible. Yes I could have them simply signup as a normal forum member but then I cannot control the support ticket department part of things (which is tied into what I am offering for free). In this case just wanting to show a custom field in the support tab that only can be seen by the "free" member. Any wild and crazy ideas or sane or helpful or...

Hi, I buy the plugin "CKEditor Templates", but I did not manage to add it. Error : 1C120/9 The plugin does not appear to be valid. Make sure that you have uploaded the plugin exactly as you downloaded it. Do you have a solution?

Waiting for 4.0 for a conversion but how will it handle paid subscriptions to Commerce? Do we create the products in Commerce first and then map them? Or is it going to create them? Will it import expired subscriptions so we have a record? What about invoices? Thanks

Hi all, I just upgraded from 3.4.7 to 4.0 RC6 and now any of my FURLS are not working, I've checked the admin cp and can't find anything that could be the cause? Has this happened to anyone else? Could this be because I'm using LiteSpeed Web Server and the rewrite rules are not correct?

Starting to notice quite a few posts have empty paragraphs both above and below the posts, pretty sure on 3.4.7 these were automatically removed, if not something worked better with the editor. Is there any magic setting or switch that can remove these automatically as my OCD is twitching like crazy?

Hello, I have a script that outputs a special key. What I would like to do is have a member able to go to their profile and, one time only, click a button to generate a key. Although, I need it to send their username as a variable to the php script it runs as it generates the key. If anyone knows at least a way to run a php script that pulls the users username into it that would be great. I could at least make a separate page for it. Thanks!!

So, I've been with this host for awhile, not particularly fond of them but they've gotten the job done up until now. I'm trying to install 4.0 RC6 so I can use it as a Dev Environment for something else, and as the database is installing, it maxes out my Entity Processes at 15 (-.-). I've contacted my host and they've told me straight up that they're unable to help me and that I need to contact IPS Developers in order to "see why there's so many entity processes being used." Is there any way to lower this number or should I tell my host where to shove it, and move on?
