Hello, I have a subdomain forum.mysite.com, where IPS community suite 4.0 is installed. In my main domain mysite.com I want to add a way for the user to log in via email or via facebook with the url of the profil. I read this documentation : https://www.invision...ign-on-sso-r209 and I search in the web but I really find nothing to help me ! How can I process to call from mysite.com the class which allows me to connect the user or disconnect them or something else.

Hi everyone ! I'm currently trying out IPS4 RC6 in order to know if I will switch my 3.4.x board to it, and how it will go if I do it. One of my main area of concern is friendly URLs. My current board is pretty old, with many URLs that need to stay the way they are so that we don't lose too much SEO and don't need to do too many 301s. So I've been playing a bit with the friendly URLs settings to see if I can get the same structure as before, and it works pretty well. The only thing that bothers me is that on IPS4 the slug generated for my URLs contains accented character instead of the non-accented equivalent I have currently in my URL, and since my board is in french it …

I need access to an old bug post is that possible? I need to revert a change that bfarber posted once. It was regarding YT videos being posted as hyperlinks, and there was not an exact fix, there was two ways you could do it, and to get it to work the way I wanted, he posted a file edit, and now the bug section is gone. It is being debated in other forums,but what is the official line on making CSS edits. Are all edits suppose be placed only in the custom.css file. If so why is editing of other CSS files allowed? It is being stated that any CSS edits made will always be over written on code upgrade. This is in contradiction to what I have been advised. What is the IPS proper procedure?

Are there any docs to show how to move folders, right now I have /forum/ and I want to rename that /community/ Now my forum is not yet live. Also I want to rename the word forums(/forum/forums) in the url to chat, so the url with all the changes would look like this http://testmyurl.com/community/chat, would I change that in Advanced Configuration and Friendly URL? Along with .htaccess and conf_global.php Thanks!

Hello Can we have multiple domains and one domain has master domain having the login credentials ? For example example123.com is the master domain data456.com is slave domain site789.com is slave domain All domains have their own license. But I want my users who create account on example123.com , they should be able to login on data456.com also. Thank you

There's an option that allows to promote members in a particular group to be promoted to another group after a certain amount of content or a certain amount of time. However, I was wondering if there's an option to reverse the process? There are groups I'd like to keep clean of inactive people. So basically, let's say a member hasn't logged in for 30 days, he/she would get moved to another group then. Is there an option for it hidden somewhere or how difficult would it be to set it up?
