I was just wondering if we were allowed to install the test install on the same server? I also know that the rules say that it has to be inaccessible to the outside world, but would setting the Test Install to offline mode work?

This may be a browser issue on my end, but I can't see the cause if it is. Whenever I download an update or suite component for the client area, rather than getting a save dialog it opens automatically in Adobe Acrobat. This is annoying because I then have to dig in the temp files to get the zip. Obviously, my browser thinks the zip file is a PDF, so obviously the first thing that came to mind was to check my browser settings for handling zip files. The browser is set to ask to save every zip file. How are these files being served? Perhaps that information can help me track the cause of this. I'm using Palemoon 25 (Firefox fork) on Windows 7.

Upgraded to 4.0.4, when I go to install an application, I am able to select the file when I select install I get a white screen. Not sure where to look to see what the error is?

Hello, I was curious if this was a feature in the default theme of IP Board as I have yet to come across it. My community is growing and the content being posted is as well so I have been looking for a back to top button that shows at the bottom of the forum to direct users well, back to the top Would love a helping hand on this feature, thank you. *Edit: I am on the latest version of IP Board

Hi, before upgrading to 4.0.x i had all tables set to InnoDB engine. After upgrading, i am seeing that some tables are MyISAM: ibf_core_message_posts ibf_core_message_topics ibf_core_search_index ibf_nexus_packages ibf_nexus_support_replies ibf_randmsgs Is it safe to convert them to InnoDB or they are MyISAM because it's better for those tables? Hi Upgraded from 4.0.4 to 4.0.5.1 this evening, background task error when clicking run now to manually run the background tasks is as below - all my background tasks have now frozen meaning that most files etc are broken. I have a ticket in and its escalated to Tier II Support but they don't appear to be working as I haven't had any response. Is anyone able to assist with this as all files etc across my site are broken until these background tasks can be unlocked. Although I had a couple of errors after the upgrade from 4.0.4 to 4.0.5 it was solved by Support tool on ACP. Then 4.0.5.1 came and I thought it was problem free till I manually ran the Background processs. Rebuilding post images displays 100% but not finished. When I run it manually it says ; Sorry, you do not have permission for that! 1S111/1 COULD_NOT_WRITE_FILE I have checked the ownership of files ( which was affected during upgrade from 4.0.4 to 4.0.5 ) and re-run chown but it did not help. Seems there is a folder / file permission but not a clue within the message or logs.

I'm currently in the development process of a website/application. I'm using ip.board as the community forum. I want to use SSO but I'm having some trouble. Here's a simple breakdown: I have 2 applications, my laravel application and ip.board 4. I want the user to always log into ipboard. I will then programatically log in the user in my laravel application after ip.board makes a request to my slave. I was under the impression that this was possible with SSO by setting my laravel application as my slave and ip.board as my master. Is it possible to set which groups are able to designate each severity? Like, if I give a user the VIP tag, can they then set a Priority severity, but other members can't? So far I've seen it for product only. TIA!

I use a pages database to store old journals. I'm also intending to add century-old books and my current newsletters and magazines. Potentially this leads to lots of scrolling and no point of reference to the person reading if they decide not to read everything in one go. It also means that people won't be able to link others to a specific article within the record, only the record itself. Is it possible to include different pages within a single Pages article? If so, how?
