Do you have FURL switched on like in picture ? Can you go to your profile and mouse over the tab "About Me" and see what URL it has ? .. mine is ../?tab=field_core_pfield_1 go to system > advanced configuration > Friendly URLs > .. find .. /profile/id-?? click on edit .. add it the same way like on the picture from your "About Me" URL .. like I did .. and save .. if you go "Profile" in the front-end of your site of any member, it will default directly to Profile with "About Me" .. .
