There's no check that the user has permission to see the post being edited, so it's possible to edit a post after it has already been hidden. To reproduce: Post in a topic Start editing that post Moderator hides the post Submit the edit Edit goes through successfully It's not so bad in that repro, because they must have had it open already, but it's not great if the user constructs the calls manually to both load the current version of the post, and make changes to it.

These two options should not be available if the content was added by a guest and user with limited privileges should not be allowed to flag a user as a spammer. He only has the "Can view all hidden content?" permission.

After upgrading to 4.7.8 earlier, I’ve found that the moderator drop down list doesn’t work properly when in the new grid layout mode. The list of actions displays, but selecting any of the does nothing. Works fine in the traditional table layout though. (Tested using default IPS and custom themes but only using iPad with iPadOS 16.3.1 Safari). Also, the grid layout doesn’t show in /files/categories/ view, but this may be by design.

Is this a bug? The "Add Similar Event" option allows a member to continue creating events on a calendar they no longer have access to. To test: Set up two calendars, the group the test member belongs to needs full access to both. Create an event on the first calendar using the test member. Remove the option to Add Events to the first calendar from the test members group. Confirm the test member no longer has access to create event on the first calendar but can on the second. Return to the event on the first calendar and note the member can use "Add Similar Event". Press "Add Similar Event", the member can create an event …

I've seen there are some discussions regarding blank space, but I think the existing ones refer to something else (otherwise, please feel free to merge this one into an existing topic). I've seen that some specific members generate a lot of unnecessary space after their text generally. For example, I've just got this from one of my members: And the source it's like this: Is it just my forum or have others seen the same? I'm on 4.7.6 by the way.

Pages database now has stopped adding the new databases you create as a tab on any restricted moderator groups in order to give you access to add, edit, and delete messages. And on an existing old database that already added on the restricted moderator tab if you don't enable all above options, the restricted moderator groups who doesn't have access to add, edit, and delete messages won't be able to see any reported contents from this database. Hello, I have an application I have gotten and wanted to re-download it as I did some work on my website. When I go to the application to download I can't do so as it just says renew first before I can redownload it even an older version.. I thought the buyer was allowed to download the resource I bought. I just wanted to understand if I'm understanding it correctly or not.

Can anyone advise how I can uninstall a looked addon after upgrading. Is it possible to edit the date that a user last logged in? I want to prune our member list, with some users having not logged in for over 10 years. However, there are a couple of users in that list that I need to retain their accounts so can I edit their last logged in date, so not to delete their accounts when I prune? Thanks.

Hi team, I've the user with id=2244 that had a annual subscription aproved manually by me and when finish your subscription period IPS not send any mail to renewal to the user. IPD should send the expiration situation in any case to inform user for this situation. Now I've a user unsubscribed and he and me haven't any info about it. Have you take a look if can be an issue? Hi, On my forum we used the feature where when you reached max rank you could use a custom title that displayed next to your name/avatar. I've just upgraded from 4.5 to 4.6 and these have all vanished and I can't see a way of enabling them. This feature hasn't been removed has it? I had a scan of the 4.6 release notes but can't see any mention of it. I can see that you can add a member title in the profile but that's an all or nothing setting rather than being enabled on rank.

Hello InvisionCommunity. I have some issues and i want to resolve them. 1. The forum evict us from the account ( not only me, this happens to all users ). This happens 4-5 time on day and persists 10 - 15 minutes. 2. A couple of members pointed out that the "Join date" on their profile is inaccurate. It seems like all the dates are pointing to when I installed the platform, in September, while those members had joined the site several years before. Is there a way to fix that? I am using SSO plugin to integrate with my WP installation. I am not sure if it is related or if something else should pull the data from WP to display accurate data on the members. Thanks.

Hello, when I edit source of forum post, some special characters are shown as HTML entities which makes the content in code really hard to read, for example ší shows as ší 😔 Is it possible to save them as standard characters? 🤔

Hello Community, I recently decided to upgrade to the latest and greatest version, however I am having a error when upgrading. Column count doesn't match value count at row 1 /var/www/vhosts/moriyashrine.org/httpdocs/applications/core/sources/Setup/Upgrade.php::767 Error 1136 I have already upgraded PHP to 8.1 and I even recopied the suite files to ensure that everything was copied over. Anything i can do to mitigate this so I can continue the upgrade? Thank you in advance!
