Hi, Is it possible to see which users have logged in to a password protected subforum on my website? I have a specific subforum with a password on my website, which is not restricted by any user group types. Is it possible to see a list of members which have used the password to gain access to this specific password protected subforum? Thanks.

Hello, I felt like I have done an decent amount of research before being forced to post here for help. I am looking to make everyone connect to my site via https/ssl, i have attempted the htaccess way and also editing the conf_global, but the site is still going to http on some pages. If anyone has implemented this on there site please let me know how so i can attempt tot test it out. Thanks in advance

I am now getting this error since the 4.1.12.1 upgrade. [[Template core/front/global/widgetContainer is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]] Ran the IPS Support tool, reverted to a new default, still get same error in all themes.

hi, i have an existing forum running (latest version 4.1.8.1). i decided to do a change of domain. after moving to new host and change of domain, i've corrected the details in conf_global.php, and rehash the code in the constants.php. My forum icons are now broken. Uploaded images are still fine. It seems that the template cache is still caching the previous icons' url. I'm Not think it's an issue here, but I think I post about it anyway. I'm using login logs to see who has logged in and failed or what, and two of my known member and staff fail 5 times in the past 24 hours. Now got me thinking if there is an problem at my end or the members end : @Adriano Faria Also, seems that the success and failure are buttons and I'm clicking on it and nothing happens! would maybe in the next update it tells what or why it failed

Hey guys, I can't seem to find the getting started guides for IPB4. I don't know if they were deleted or moved. 1) Anyone got a link for those guides for modifying the site? 2) How do I remove the index.php? thing from the URL? 3) Do you have any other advice for beginners? Hi I recently deleted some forums on my forum the problem is that those deleted forums & their topics & posts are still showing in the database ( but not in the ACP & on my board...) as if it had deleted them from showing in the ACP but not in the database... if i try to go to the urls of those topics it gives me error if i search for them on my board it doesnt find them (i rebuilt the search index) but those topics are still present in the database and my problem is that i cant add my sitemap to google as those "ghost" forums&topics&posts are present in the sitemap What can i do ? Tx a lot for your help

Hello, We have noticed that the second page of comments from a picture in albums is not working. If you have a second page of comments under a picture and you press on the number 2 you jump back to the first page.

How are IPS Download file names stored in the database? Also, anyone know how IPS4 names files stored on Amazon S3? I can change the name of the file stored on S3 and it is still available with IPS4 via the link when the file content item was created. It appears IPS4 is keeping track of only part of the file name stored on S3 because if I change the first part of the file name on S3 it will no longer be available in IPS4. However, if I change the middle or end of the file name on S3 then it's still available in IPS4? Anyone have an explanation for this?

Does anyone know where I can learn how the Downloads app works? The more details the better. More specifically I need to know: Which tables and fields are used when a file is uploaded and downloaded. Related to this, is there an SQL toolbox like there was in IPS 3.4.*? Which files are used. A process flow map of uploading and downloading. A technical description of how IPS handles storing and retrieving files from Amazon S3. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I know there's stats within 4.X that shows you the number of topics, but is there something that will break it down even further to how 3.X had it. Where it showed like topic views, the topic and section? Maybe I haven't found it, but I'd like to have some of those stats back to see again. Thanks!

Mandrill just announced it will no longer be a free service, and all functionality will be migrating to a MailChimp add-on. They sent this communication to current users of the Mandrill service: Since Mandrill will no longer be a free option for IPS users, I think it would be beneficial to also support other competing platforms. SendGrid in particular has the same feature set and better pricing. IPS users should be given a choice. Since this change is fast approaching, would the Invision team give priority to this matter? What are everyone's thoughts on the matter?
