I have a question! When i post a YouTube link the video is stuck on the left in a post. (i have report this bug monds ago, no fix yet) When i using the ck editor YouTube plugin i can center the video in a post, but on mobile its breaking out the border. How i can fix this ?

so when I put a facebook video up on my site I am getting a 403 error, when I inspect the code this is what is transpiring when I put the link in. Dont know what to fix or where to fix it since the media tags are embedded somewhere. Not sure what are the steps are. I thought I just needed to transfer webfiles, DB and update the config file but after doing all of those things I get errors in new location. I would like to know what actions the (admin and moderator) logs actually record. As far as I've seen, when a staff member edits someone's profile (e.g.: changing or removing their avatar or profile cover) without accessing the ACP, it is not recorded in the logs. I'm confused as to why this is so.

Hi all, I need some advices to choose the best technical organization to set up a production site and a test site. We have one full licence for IPS4. Question No. 1: Is it possible, with the license IPS4, to install IPS4 on 2 distinct servers (a production server and a test server), the test server being accessible only by members of our technical team. Question No. 2: In general, what is the best technical organization to set up a IPS4 test site (for testing themes, or homemade scripts) ? Thanks for advices

After moving to IPB 4, a couple of old users are having issues with the notifications. One user has disabled all the email notifications and keeps receiving them. Another one is not able to change email notifications. The settings are disables in his control panel. They belong to the same user group, which is working for every one. Can you help me?

It happens that once in a while somethings breaks/don't function as supposed to be, ok no problem can happen. You guys then quickly come with a (single) file modification and after uploading that, things work again. That is until the next update when the updater doesn't like the modified file. The file IPS modified to be clear, which results in a error message on the update page: In the past I could say "fnug it" and hit the continue button and the update just proceeded fine. Today I could not "fnug it" to my dismay. The file that wasn't liked was the Donation.php file, modified by IPS to make the donation count work again, (which in my case didn't work (at…

So me and a few friends have recently opening up a community at first we was using Enjin Forums and all our permission were setup as we needed them including a donate button which gave them a direct link to donate to the paypal email specified in the settings of Enjin ACP. We have recently moved over to IPB4 and have everything setup but the donating button. I have seen the Commerce tab in the ACP however that seems like a business plan or something. Is there no way we can add a plugin or change the settings so people can simply donate to a specified Email or do you need a business Paypal in order to receive donations. Thanks, Adam.

Howdy, I am using IP Commerce. I have configured a product in my store that costs $5 a month. When a member buys, it changes their user group from member to subscriber. If, however, the member cancels their recurring payment in PayPal - I receive no money (on PayPal) but IPB still thinks they paid and promotes them. What's happening?

Is there a possibility to have a button to clear the text area when typing a reply? A lot of my members are complaining they can't clear the quote box after they decided not to reply. A simple CKEditor button to clear the area would be an easy fix I reckon? Thanks!

I just updated to the latest version of the forum software and ran the utf8mb4 converter. Upon looking through my database I noticed a lot of tables did not converted. I suspect that they're no longer used though I'd like to verify that they're not core IPS tables before removing them. I have three plugins installed, see below. I've finally decided to upgrade to IPS 4, and for almost an hour now I've been stuck at "Installing...Please wait while we transfer you..." Is this normal? I sincerely don't want to regret upgrading, but it seems like I can't do anything in IPB without there being a problem somewhere along the line. I purchased IPB in 2011, and not one time since then have I ever had anything go smoothly. I rarely post for help because I usually just research all of the problems myself, but this time, everything passed for installation so I'm totally clueless. I'm so tired of this... Anybody have any ideas?

Hi Guys, I have just set up Sparkpost configuration on my IPS 4 cummunity, but when I sent my fisrt bulk mail, it spam every email o my list with 13 duplicated emails.....I have checked some accounts I have for testing....all of them received 13 emails.... Any clue? Ty in advance.

Sorry if this has been asked already. I didn't find anything. I'd like to know how if possible, to populate a field in a database (Name) with the information typed into a form by a user. So when they fill out "Name" on their form, it gets sent to a separate database and adds a record with the "Name" entered into the form. Can anyone help me with this?

Hello, I'm currently trying to move my IPB 4 database to a localhost and create a test environment for my forums. However, I'm having trouble trying to install IPB 4 on the localhost and trying to connect it to backup database. Has anyone else had this problem, or does anyone know of any guides/solution to achieve this?
