We recently activated featured product tab to show the products in store, but random loading of product is quite disturbing. How can we load products in the same sequence as they are in the backend? With every page load, they jump left to right.....! Thanks in advance.

Hi @Ehren Could you use css to make the clubs widget show items in 2 columns? By now no problem with mobile, but in desktop the widget leave the block 70% of space blank. If fit it in 2 columns will be fine.

I disabled uploading of attachments for desired group, but its members can still upload attachments via Tapatalk. Try it. Tested with Tapatlak 1.6.6 and IC 4.5.4.2.

I'm trying to hook up to the API to get a list of pinned topics to display on another website and the only way I can get it to work is by using an API key with basic auth, I'd prefer to use it with the X-Authorization header described in the docs, whenever I use that though I get an invalid API key error. I've tried it raw, base64 encoded & base64 encoded with the : on the end but I always get an invalid api key error. I'm using 4.5.3.2 which should be OK according to the docs.

I have a user Group set up for members who pass away. When I move them into the group, I change the member's cover photo, title, and About me page and signature. I was wondering if there was a way to programmatically change some of when changing the Group status.

Hello, I have sudo apt upgraded my Ubuntu today and saw that it upgraded my PHP to version 7.4.3 while doing so. And now my forums are getting a bunch of errors with the autoloader etc... Is there any way to fix this easily or do I need to wait for an update? One of the errors is as follows: "ErrorException: Class IPS\Xml\DOMDocument could not be loaded. Ensure it has been properly prefixed with an underscore and is in the correct namespace. (256) #0 [internal function]: IPS\IPS::errorHandler()"

Hello, As the title suggest, some customers sometimes get the error in paypal that we only accept American addresses while we don't. Both in paypal itself and in IPB we have it set to allow all countries and currencies. It's also not a physical product. I don't know what's causing it, the customers that get this error are very diverse, different countries, different payment methods within paypal (they have a credit card connected, direct debit through paypal etc) and what makes it more weird is that while for person A in country A it works, for person B in country A it doesn't. Blimey, me again! I'm getting this error, viewing some of the oldest blogs in "View Latest Entries" view. Yet other blog entries on the same page are unaffected. The quoted error message appears in a black box where the image for the effected blog would be shown. Changing Themes has no effect. Thanks in advance for any clues!

Hey guys, I've created a database with a field labeled Image & have set the field type to Upload The goal is to upload images to this field using the API : YourSite.com/api/cms/records/{database_id}/{record_id} Although I am not entirely sure how to correctly attach the file to the POST request, I've tried : Sending the base64 information of the picture through the body of the request with the key fields[67] (the same field as mentioned previously) Sending the physical file through the body as under the key fields[67] Sending both the Base64 info or just the attached file as raw binary. Hi, I've set up a "restrict from posting" time into the warnings section (for a certain amount of points) thinking it will disallow members (who have reached the corresponding amount of warning points) to post anything during the specified time period, but it seems the users can still post in the community... I'm using adblocker plus, and it's blocking ALL of my affiliate links on my forum. Example : To be fair, it does this on Youtube too when you enter links in the description of videos. Needless to say this is far from ideal. I note when you use wordpress the links still work, at least when you embed them in a button. And yes, I have tested and confirmed this, and I am sure. Example : So is there any way around this?? It has the potential to kill monetisation on your sites.

I am wondering if my conversion speed results into a new IPS 4.5 install are typical or not, and if anything can be optimized to speed up the converting process. I will need to be doing several tests before doing a "live" conversion where I take the old system down, so I am trying to do everything I can to optimize the total process and by far and away the speed of the conversion (specifically of the volume of posts) seems to be the biggest bottleneck. The linux server itself is only hitting about 600 MB of RAM usage (with 15GB+ free), Only a couple CPU cores are at about 25% CPU usage during conversion, I am getting about 800 posts a minute converted, b…
