I noticed Banner ads weren’t loading completely after the last Upgrade. See image. It’s random, not the same Banner Ad every time and not all the time. I did mention it to Support through an email and they thought my slow home internet speed may be the culprit. I only have a max of 7mbps at home. I’m not kidding…But I am at another location on wif fi with 120mbps and the same things happens randomly. I do not have any custom theme, but simply utilize the theme functions native to this software. This isn’t a huge deal, but if an advertiser sees this it may cause non-renewals etc. Thoughts?

Hi, I've started seeing this error on my custom themes and after checking it's sometimes showing on the default IPS Theme too. There's another similar topic in this forum, but it's stale since Dec 23rd, so assumed I should create my own. The Support Tools show no problems or fixes aside from usual notices about Cloudflare, yet in my AdminCP system log there's errors with reference to "undefined constants" in my themes. My uploads folder is writable. Clearing all caches has no effect. This error persists after running the support tool. It sometimes goes but my header is messed up, broken image and JS code. I wonder, I have 4.4.10 and 4.6.9 in one host, using same PHP etc. The 4.4.10 offers me the following methods: - No caching - APC In order to use this method, the Apc extension must be installed on your server. Memcached Redis In order to use this method, the Redis extension must be installed on your server. Wincache In order to use this method, the Wincache extension must be installed on your server. XCache In order to use this method, the Xcache extension must be installed on your server. Where 4.6.9 only - No caching - Redis In order to use this method, the Redis extension must be installed on your server. Do I miss anything?

Hello. I've moved my installation from one server to another and if I copy the datastore and uploads from the old server to the new one everything works, but since the old site is our staging/test-installation the domain is different and things are loaded from that old domain on the live site (which gives me cors error). So what I did was that I tried to clear the system cache and when I do that all hell breaks lose. Is it possible to get a list of IP addresses used by IPS? I would like to create an ACL for SSH/SFTP/FTP access. This would include whatever IPs are used by support along with the IP addresses I need to allow for the IPS Auto Updater to work. Thanks!

Hi guys, I've recently moved all of the storage settings from using local files to an AWS S3 bucket. The migration completed without issue and everything is working as expected. (I did have to clear the system cache to fix some skin issues, but that was easy enough.) After the migration, I was looking in my uploads folder and still see a bunch of content that I thought would have migrated. I have about 20 old URL's the Google keeps searching from a long time ago when my domain name wasn't hosted w/ IPS. Is there an easy way to redirect these 20 or so URL's so as to avoid any of these "restricted ad serving" warnings? Thanks in advance!

As you may noticed from my recent topics, I am trying to improve our website's SEO. One thing that caught my eye in our website's Google Search Console was the Coverage > Blocked due to access forbidden (403) report, with 38.7k entries. I noticed that most URLs have repeated patterns such as ?advanced_search_submitted=, ?do=reportComment, and ?do=markRead. My question is very simple: for SEO strategy, should we add those patterns to our robots.txt, or this wouldn't matter at all? My logic here: if we place these in robots.txt, Google won't try to crawl these pages, saving crawling time/bandwidth. Cheers!

Hi all, I'm trying to test out a forum upgrade on my development site, and I'm running into issues. The site I'm upgrading has not been upgraded for some time, so is still running 4.5.4.2 which may be the cause of some of the issues.
