Hello, 1. So after the last update, which I accomplished a few weeks ago, when my folks who are in the "Pilot" group try to post a new topic they receive the error in the attachment. 2. At one time I did get a bar which said I needed to go to the AdminCP and reset the theme...but I can't find that anywhere. 3. If I have any other group like admin, I can post okay. I looked at the permissions for Pilot and they looked just like they did before the upgrade. Anyway, any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Ivan

This has been an issue plaguing my community for some time now. We're self-hosted. In the administrator panel, roughly 60-70% of the time we finish something on a page and hit "Save" (whether that be editing a user, part of the theme, a setting, etc), the page will then crash with the error "INVALID_URL". It gives us very generic errors, and the documentation we can find on the error doesn't seem to lead to anything. The save does go through correctly, and if we refresh the page, everything is fine (though sometimes it will say warn the license is invalid for thirty-seconds or so, or until the next refresh). Hi, We would like to reward those members who have created a topic which the moderators selected as "Our Picks". I created attached rule. The problem is that the moderator gets this badge but not the person who created this post which would definitely make sense. Isn't that how this function is intended?

Hello, whatever the color I select for my icones and how dark color it may be, the icones always look much lighter on the forum. I have tried to add my own image as well, but there is the same issue. I appear very light. It looks like there is a "opacity" setting somewhere, but I can't find it. Do you have any idea about where I can change this setting and allow my icone image to appear as they are and not lighter?

Hello, i'm using Classifieds plugin (latest version). When a user post an advert, there are 5 fields for location. I just want to remove Address (private life) and State (useless in France) fields. Is there any way to do this without using "display:none" css ? Thank you.

I'm setting up my main menu bar. I put the various items in the bar, removing the various sub-items. As you can see of the image I attached, even though there are no sub-items, the empty sub-item bar is still shown. How can I remove the bar if there are no sub-items to show? Thanks!

Hello, I wanted to report a problem that I am having when pasting a post URL using the mobile. The preview block that is usually displayed when the post URL is pasted is not displayed when done on the mobile. The same URL pasted on my desktop computer will render the preview for the post, the mobile won't. Is that done on purpose or a known bug? Thanks a lot

When navigating in a club, the header appears the right sequence. In the following screenshot you can see the sequence when I am in topics... Home>Clubs>Sonora>Topics But when I go to blog, it doesn't show the navigation sequence of the club anymore (see screenshot below)... it shows Home>Blog>Blogs. Am I doing something wrong? Would appreciate help.

Right now I have Theme Resources, Icons & Logos, and Image Proxy Cache already using AWS S3 instance. For the rest I am using a file share on the server "../uploads/". I did quick df of that folder and found that it is 28GB. In the settings for the files it does say that things will be moved in the background and it may break things in the process of this. My question is it possible to do this ahead of time. Could I manually upload all the files currently in the uploads directory to my S3 instance manually? If not is there anyway to check on the progress and determine how long this would take?

Hi, What's the best way to make sure all of my admins and moderators see every new post and reply in the relevant forum areas? We usually just go to the Unread Content tab, but still seem to miss some. I was wondering if it's possible to have email notifications set up so the any particular admin gets an email when something is posted in the a particular forum? Thanks Russell

The Payment method used for a donations will not work if its restricted to a country. Unless the payment "Available to" option is set to "No restriction" it will not work when paying a donation but it works perfectly with products. So I have had this error appear on my Admin CP page and can not find what's causing it. Any help would be appreciated, since i just noticed I can no longer contact Invision Support anymore...and have to post this error here... Strange this site error occurred basically 10days ago when my support package expired......and when try to purchase support package, nothing happens!! I look forward to any Advice from the community 🙂
