Hello, I always update DEV site first before moving on to production. The Beta 2 update, when finished left all browsing on my site, public and private, displaying only blank white pages. I restored the site by reloading the current production release. (Of course, I had file mismatch errors, but everything was functioning normal.) Today, I upgraded site to 4.6.10 release. Same issue. The previous production release is unavailable, and I did not save it. May I please get some guidance on how to handle this? Thank you

Hello, we had an issue on our site with articles posted in a Databased used on a "home" page. We uninstalled Pages 4.6.10 with the idea to re-install it but we cannot find out how to do this? We've no tar for the application and there's no way to find it in MarketPlace. Anyone knows how an uninstalled app/module can be re-installed? Thanks.

Upgrade froze when extracting files. Notified Sucuri and they whitelisted my IP. When I clicked on "complete upgrade" I got a list of errors which I have never seen before when completing previous upgrades. I haven't done anything with these files to cause them to all of a sudden be unacceptable. The message says I can't proceed with the upgrade until the errors are corrected. Meanwhile the site is down. Our previous "go to" person's mail box is no longer receive messages. Can someone help?

We have a number of additional Profile Fields set up. When I am in the member's profile page I want to be able to edit their profile and then to add/change the content of these additional Profile Fields. I also do not want the member themselves to be able see, nor edit, those fields. This is in order for Staff to keep various private moderation notes related to a member. However, even as an Admin my ability to see/edit these fields when I edit their profile seems to wholly depend on the "Member can edit value" being turned on. Hello, The Topic Feed blocks appear to show all topics as 'read' (normal type) even though there is new, unread content (even since the upgrade has completed). If I go to the category, then unread topics show up in bold as they should, and switch to regular type after visiting.

I would like to funnel jotform submissions into forum topics. I believe I see where and how to map form fields into the topic body, but I'm stumped as to how to specify the author of the post. My assumption is that I will need to include a hidden field in the form that will map to post author — in this case I would use a forum admin account to be the post author. What is the format required for post author that the Invision zap will recognize as author?

Hello, I ask because I remember from past I experienced such problem. Since a month we prepare our forums to be moved to IPS4, we prepared all for 4.6.9 but meanwhile you released 4.6.10 which breaks few things for us. No time now to adjust to latest version. Will we be able to install 4.6.9 still?

Hello, I had the remark that we could not put an avatar from the profile there is only the cover photo that we can modify otherwise I have to put it from the administrative panel. Is there an option that I haven't seen to activate or is it impossible by the profile? Have a good day.

We are having an issue with Elasticsearch - earlier our server ran out of disk space and when checking our core_log database had over 100GB of Elasticsearch errors in it. At some point the disk had got so full Elasticsearch had gone into a readonly mode but I don't know if that was the cause or symptom of the issue. We have now cleared the logs and made more space on the server so it has plenty and Elasticsearch is running OK again. We had a gap in the search index so decided to rebuild it in full but, we are still receiving GB's of errors in our logs, the same as the ones we were seeing before we fixed the space issue. Tested the new beta, The promotion-based achievements points was fixed successfully, but something else messed up!!😒 Some rules stopped working - like the points on a new content or points for replying to someone. points for the reaction are the only thing that works. @Marc Stridgen @Daniel F

Hi there, Many of the routine maintenance tasks running on my forum are failing, without any errors appearing in their respective logs. When I run them manually, they run successfully (except for the queue task, which states that it cannot be run because it is already running, though it still complains that it fails to run). They are setup to execute through a cron job, which had been working fine in the past. Let me know what other info I can give to help debug. Thanks!

Not 100% sure if this is the right place to post, but looking for an explanation as to what is happening, and why? As well as any steps I can take to mitigate these issues. Pre 4.6.10 (4.6.8 was my last update iirc) everything was working smoothly with little to no hiccups aside from us needing to add a random value to break caching requests... Post 4.6.10 update, every now an then an external rest api call just fails with no real explanation as to why aside from "Not Found" and an apparent html error 🤷♂️ (a json response would be nice here but.. pick and choose my battles I guess). After enabling cloudflare sometimes user ips appear as a strong like this 2601:19c:417f:84e0:c038:76f6:3d14:2e93 I enabled trust ips from proxies in admincp, is there a setting in cloudflare that effects this?

Hi guys, Yesterday I converted most of our tables in the DB to InnoDB at the suggestion of your help pages, and everything seemed OK. Today I logged in and did a bit of Admin-type stuff as you do, and everything was normal. Then I went to the Reports and tried to delete a post that had been made six time in error (possibly an initial symptom of what's to come?), and it wouldn't work. I got a 500 error. From that moment on, the forum has been all over the place, looking weird, buttons in the wrong places, buttons not working, and headers duplicating, with the CSS totally out the window at times. I've a feeling that it's a corruption to the DB somewhere along …
