Posted February 12, 20223 yr Having problem where im trying to log in to my forum with correct password and email but it still wont let me in, i have just done a fresh install and went straight to admin cp to log in with correct email and password and it still wont let me log in?, my account is locked now for 14minutes and i cant reset since the email setup with forums is the account im logging into
February 12, 20223 yr 99% of the time, these sort of things turn out to be user error, like a typo in the email address or mistake with the password. I know you're convinced you're putting in the correct details, but I'd double check / reset the password etc, just in case. Edited February 12, 20223 yr by Dll
February 12, 20223 yr Community Expert To add on top of what @Dll said, also check that your browser isn’t inserting wrong credentials. This often comes up as the explanation, I’m afraid.
