@Marc Stridgen, I just updated our staging platform to 4.7.2 and get the same issue. All previous updates working fine, but this one throws out the same error: [Template core/admin/global/globalTemplate is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.] I am unable to access the Admin CP, I just get this error so am unable to restore the "default" theme. How can I get this issue resolved? Update: I closed all my browser tabs, cleared my browser cache and then managed to continue with the update, which did go fine. Thanks Hans

I've 2 site in invision, one is just pruchase with the plan called ite "A", the other one is trial version called it "B" and it expired. Can I trasnfer B site to A ? Because if cant need to rebuild whole site

Good day, I just upgraded to 4.7.2 final and I cannot see the MEMBER VIEW of any user on ACP. I can see the customer view, but not the member view. I click on the users icon on ACP /admin/?app=core&module=members&controller=members I will see a template error whenever I click on a username. That has never ever happened with any of the previous versions. Never got a template error in ACP because the only things that the programmer ever modified was the templates in the frontend, never touched anything in ACP. Hello, I just installed 4.7.2 and to my surprise I can see there are a few applications that have been locked and my community is no longer working as expected 😞 I mean, the system is locking the applications. I haven't been able to install PHP 8 yet and now I find that certain KEY applications and locked and my community is not working as it should. I know you are locking for security reasons, next PHP 8 update, but there are will be many that will need time for the upgrade for various reasons. Locking the applications and NOT allowing to turn them on again is insane 😞 Now, my community is not working properly 😞 Why? Because, I rely on certain applications…

Hello, We have an issue on one of our member point rank. We set a 2500 rank post, but one of them has actually total post of 2472, but the calculated rank post is 2508 please see attach screenshot This is the the total rank points so the calculation between total posts and rank posts is different. how do we fix this? Hey All, I was wondering if there was supposed to be a prompt or suggestion for Push Notifications? I don't see any settings that would suggest such a thing. Furthermore, I only just realized I didn't have Push Notifications enabled for this community, only because I was looking around my settings casually and found it.

Hi, my logo image works correctly on Windows, where it matches the resolution of the screen. However on MacOS with Retina (resolution scaling) the logo appears too large, which makes it blurry and pixelated (see attached image). Is there a way I can upload an svg logo to avoid this scaling problem? Or custom CSS to force the logo to stay actual size? Thanks!

HI, I started the latest update but after step 2 I got an error message. When I updated today, the adminCP came up with an error that I had to rollback the AdminCP to get it working again. Now that I have the control and revert back to the normal Admin root URL name. It seems that it doesn't want to go back to what I had it before ;( Adding the following into constants.php: <?php \define('CP_DIRECTORY','newcpdirectory); Then save, went ahead and rename the Admin folder to whatever. Yet not wroking as well. The URL does chnage but when clicking around in the CP it says page is missing with admin in the URL still. What am I missing?

How can I tell what plugins needs updating or looking at from the "Plugin Page Tab" We all know that it informs you all under "Applications" but not for plugins. Be cool to see that for Plugins 🙂

My mod team reports alerts are not being seen if an end date is set, even if the end date is in the future. Changing the end date to None allows the alert to display correctly.

Dear folks, intermittently I am getting this error as shown below. It happens when I try to submit content in forums, and other areas and using the native Twitter share check box, I have disabled plugins and applications by third party sources, but it's hard to nail it down since it's just every once in a while. I have not heard any complaints from our members, but it does happen to me. And even though the error does trigger, the content does get submitted anyway. There's a bug in the Achievements system that needs addressing. Steps: - Go to topic and 'Reward' a user with an incorrect badge and incorrect points (i.e. by mistake) - Head to the '...' menu against the rewarded post and select 'Remove Rewards'. - A dialog box shows up confirming that this will remove badges and points - Check user's profile. The quick search on the following page doesn't work - it doesn't filter the table based on the contents of the 'Class' column, as it appears intended to do. /admin/?app=core&module=support&controller=hookedFiles Verified by another custom dev on here.
