Hello, we have strange problem (I don't see any JS errors in the console so it's hard to debug it by my own) with the guest replies. When I go to topic and try add a reply as a guest - all is fine. But then the small circle is pending and the editor isn't showing up. Of course done: - disabled all plugins/apps and tested, without success. Any advice would be helpfull. This number is ridiculous. The amount of time reindexing is also ridiculous. My forum isn't huge, I don't know how to speed this up, and my members are getting frustrated with "the blue box glitch" as they refer to it. 🤷♀️ Last time it reindexed, it took maybe 2 weeks? I have it set up on EasyCron. I don't know if there is a fault somewhere? Thank you!

Hello, I believe there is an Issue with next unread topic link. I've seen this happen quite a few times, so I am reporting it. It just happened now again. I was reading a few new posts and then I saw the NEXT UNREAD TOPIC was no longer visible. So, I thought that I was done reading new ones. But no, there were new unread topics that were posts since I started to read the new topics when I clicked on the unread messages stream. It seems that the system will not detect the newest topics, the new ones submitted before the date of the last topic being read. This issue has happened quite a few times. Most recent upgrade has hosed my forum....seems like missing CSS maybe? I was hosting the site myself and using AWS for image hosting but my host says it seems like the site is referencing some CSS on AWS that no longer exists. It's all a little over my head. So I recently tried changing my downloads file storage from the local server to S3. I set up a cron and even tried running the maintenance tasks manually, but nothing is moving over. I can't stop the change because it says no changes can be made while a move is in process (there should be a cancel option) . Hi guys, As usual, we face limitations when translating certain strings since in English there is no male/male words like in Portuguese, Spanish etc. In addition, some words in English don't change regardless of singular/plural. I habe followed this guide to setup the connection between my wordpress and the invision server. Wordpress shall be the oAuth-client and invision is the oAuth-Server. After the config was done, the wordpress plugin miniOrange wants to test the connection. But a connection couldn't be established. Everything I setup was completly done like it is described in the guide. Even the notice in option B when creating the client was observed and double checked. What else can stop my installation from working?

I just simplified my groups and moved some members around. Is there a way to force a task to run that will recount members and make sure they are in the correct groups? I also adjusted my group promotions too so I'm sure some members are orphaned!

I can't read any topics after upgrading to v4.7.2.1...every post is replaced with this over and over... Template forums/front/topics/postContainer is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme. Any ideas how I can fix it? It is on all themes! The support tool has been gone for some time now, right??

Hil, I update today to 4.7.2, and now, messenger page and modcp/reports page, opens a blank page, there seems to be problems. I revert php to 7.4, and not have problems, but if select php 8.0 or 8.1, this page opens a blank page. Thank you

I'm curious to know why information regarding certain plugins was not checked before the upgrade began. I have two applications that have now been 'locked' because of some PHP 8 incompatibilities. My site is now completely crippled because the app that is locked is the mainstay of the site. As it stands my site is now useless. Had the below warning appeared prior to upgrade I would not have proceeded.

Hi Guys, The upgrade to 8.0 is almost done. The site loads and runs fine. BUT I can't do anything in the admincp, I get fatal errors. The issue is the cached plugin file "template_0_77e511f3f597b974567a95c3a1860bbf_plugins.php" - it is throwing an exception; "PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Unparenthesized `a ? b : c ? d : e` is not supported" I thought I disabled all the non 8.0 supporting plugins and apps, but I guess not. I went through the DB to disable all the plugins. I left the applications because the update to 4.7.2 that I only did this morning already disabled all non 8.0 applications.
