One of my moderators doesn't have access anymore to the Moderator Control Panel. He get's an error EX1064. See screenshot. I tried to recreate the problem by assigning a fake moderator status to my test-account, but to no avail. Can you please help me out?

We offer both paid and free membership plans. A member was just trying to sign up for the free plan and is being required to provide a credit card, which doesn't make sense. Is there a way to fix this or turn off this requirement? Or if not, are you aware of a plugin in the marketplace that would help with this? We just can't be requiring credit cards for free memberships. Thanks.

On my community, pressing Enter gives a new line break, while here it gives a new paragraph. Is there some setting I am not finding to achieve this? (I would prefer to shift+enter for a line break). I would also like to know how I can increase the size of block quotes, right now they are always compacted to a few lines, which I think is far too short, although if this can't be answered here too I will create a new topic for it. Hello, I have not saved the trial password as I did not understood it was in fact my AdminCP account password. Now that I have upgraded my plan, I'm locked out of my own community. I have already tried the "I have lost my password" but that for some reason does not seem to work as I have not received any e-mail. It's not in spam. What can I do? Thanks, Thiago

Hi guys I'm receiving some emails from members saying they can't sign up to the site. I have quite a lot of new members over the last few days and most are but some are having trouble. "You are not permitted to register a user account with this site" This is the error message. Also having some issues with emails bouncing back which is strange. Any ideas on the sign up issue?

Hi, As you know we are in the process of moving to the hosted forum from our self-hosted forum. On the latter we have a functionality that when the registered user is registered on a third party social platform without an email, the forum asks for it to continue with the Forum registration process: If this step is cancelled, the forum registration is cancelled. Hi ho, I posted yesterday, thought I had it figured out but but alas, I was once again wrong and I need assistence. I have several forum's that are redirects to custom made pages. Some member groups have no access to these until they do something or pay a fee. Those pages when accessed without permission present a unhelpful directionless text: Oops! You do not have permission to view this page Besides not even properly closing the sentence off with a point (.) which people who use text readers hate, this is highly unhelpful so I wrote my own custom error page but when activated it overrides ALL error pages, and I only need it to cover/show up on my ow…

Hi guys, I am running into the following issue. The youtube videos that users paste are getting scaled differently on the mobile version. It also looks different on the regular desktop version: It is kind of destroying the mobile-friendly experience and looking for a way to fix this. Any ideas?

Files being uploaded to Downloads are now being saved with prefixes such as this at the beginning of the file name, "1125925611_". Did I miss something in a recent update and can this be disabled? Ted.

Hi all, I followed all the steps to move the website from one hosting to another Files from old host copied and placed back in public_html on new host. Database imported in the new hosting Database. Edit the conf_global.php with the right credentials. I get this error I can not access Admin too. Anybody can help me ? I have moved forums to other hostings many times but i never had this issue. Hello, I had set up Facebook login for my four a few years ago. 2 weeks ago Facebook has deactivated the app through which I have set up the logins. Now is there a way that I can convert all users that were using Facebook login to normal forum login? Thank you.

Hi, Is it possible to remove all displays related to physical events ? As we only do online events it doesn't make sense to display all the infos and blocks related to physical events (search by location, pop-up to ask the location of users, blocks displaying physical events first, ...) Upgrade completed without errors, but after it was finished, I am greeted with this error at the main page. I have tried disabling the donations application, but the error remains. Using the default theme, nothing else added to the forum besides the collections application from DevFuse (error still persists with that disabled too). Any ideas?
