These appear throughout the ACP on inline settings (4.7.3) and signify a likely implementation bug. I have noticed it in 4.4.10 as well and assumed that it would be fixed by the update:

That said, there's no need to report any further duplicate strings for number form fields issues!

They're all caused by the same issue, which was fixed via

Still there 😉 Am running 4.7.3 

It’s fixed in a future release. Not necessarily this one. 🙂

This has been resolved in the 4.7.4 release that has just gone out
