Hi, I try to understand why font size on mobile is so small. I'm using the standard theme with default font and no "font scale". All plugins and 3th party apps are disabled. In custom.css I don't have any font related settings. Font size of text on desktop in pages and in forums posts is 18 px, but on mobile the font size of same text is 13px. Even if I use font scale with 115% the text on mobile is still 13 px. He're my text size settings:

Hi, I want to ask something when I want to update invision to the new version to 4.7.5 there is an option to choose new default ranks or keep existing. Do we have to pay an extra cost (additional cost for subscribe) if we choose 'new default ranks' ? Please advice. Thank you.

Hello, I just migrated from self-hosting to Cloud hosting, however my .htaccess file was not moved which means that all my 301 redirects are no longer working. That's 4,500 pages that are indexed in Google that are currently showing: Sorry! The page you requested does not exist I've contacted Invision but while waiting for them to reply, maybe someone here can help?

Hello. I'm moving my 3 year old SMF forum to Invision, I've converted the Database, but there is a problem. I think the admin user (name of Vice) that I created while installing Invision was created as profile ID-1, so my account in the original forum (all threads etc. on it) with 3000-4000 messages disappeared, and overtook the ID 1 here. The migration isn't over yet, but when it's done, does my account from the other side replace the founder account here? If it does not pass, what will be the solution method? Thank you.

I realized that there's an option to allow user to login anonymously in the setting but when user wanna login there's no option for them (tick box) for them to select. The tick box below is the Remember me option This is the tick box for login anonymously I'm looking for Thank you for the help.

My site was updated to 4.7.5 this past Tuesday. Several hours ago, my site went offline and it seemed to be because of the bug in the most recent update. I was able to get back into the admin cp, install the 4.7.5 patch and that seemed to update okay. But a few minutes later, the site went offline again - just a blank page. The plugins are disabled now and I'm still unable to access the admin cp. I'm getting a 500 error that says site cannot be accessed at this time when I try to access the admin cp, but the site/forum is online and seems fine. please help me fix. thank you

I keep getting an Error 200 when trying to upload new content to my Downloads system. While I have listings in my downloads system, all of the files are gone. Not sure if I set everything up correctly when I moved to a new server.

Hi Community and REST-API pros! Is there a way to find out if the currently logged in user has voted on a specific poll? We want to develop an external widget, that shows polls from the forum. It should display the current results of the poll, but only if the currently logged in user has already cast his vote.

Instead of marking only whole word only, it picks every occurrence of the word in a word If I have a boy marked as expansion word (battle of yang) just an example İt is marking playboy too Wasn't happening before. Maybe there is a change in new version? Would someone take a look at this? Thanks

I've read posts here about using Zapier to replace the Facebook promote that was native to IPS, however I'm not seeing a way to selectively publish topics as desired (like we would do when we wanted to promote something). I've seen where you can filter on certain forums and can publish every topic but not selective ones. Is there a way to achieve selective publishes to Facebook via Zapier?

I have no logs or report logs however getting error saying "An error has occured" while editing image and link for that image from one of my members and I redone it on my end and also getting the same error. I added an image to the signature and while the image is highlighted I click "LInk" from the editor bar and it does insert the URL and save - No errors Double-click the image and a tab opens up to able to edit the URL link, edited the link with no problems and doesn't matter if it's https:// or without as it detects and adds HTTP anyway - Seems to be all good also, well from my point of view. However, When the image is highlighted and select "Link"…
