Upgrade Failed

I have not used the site in a while but my users still did. I wanted to refresh the site and start using it again but when I logged in it had an upgrade it needed. I started the upgrade and now it has a 500 error and I cannot log into it. When I logged into the client area to put in a ticket it says thats not part of my subscription so I guess some things have changed (I autopay it). Appreciate guidance on how to get help and fix it - thanks!

Please be advised I have answered your support ticket and resolved this for you. Please ensure you submit any hosting concerns like this via your Cloud package as that has email support, for hosting reasons 🙂 . Whereas all other technical support will be done here, via our staffed community support forum.
